I was debating to put this because my stay was so great: The only downside is that they promote the hotel as wheelchair accessible which for my is very convenient since I have a unbendable knee and love to find when hotels have that plus guaranteeing rooms on lower floor or an elevator. This was not the case. The first floor is the first floor above the ground floor and that is the floor for wheelchair or handicap people. I would like to say that if it is not promoted as wheelchair accessible then this is an incredible hotel.

The rooms were very clean, Spacious, and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and the shower was the best. The beds were very comfy and clean. The staff was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was above what is expected and really earns the name Buffet. There was a great selection of fruits, yogurts, marmalades, warm sweet breads, and warm rolls. There were hard boiled eggs, ham and cheese, a tomato salad. There was milk, tea, juice available but overall the most delicious coffee from Americano to Cappuccino! Ample and covered parking lot; big enough for my American car.

Only that one of the electrical sockets did not work and the room was a little bit smelling of long standing dust.

The location is very good and a wise choice for those who do not want to be trapped in the heart of Venice with all the complications of access to hotels, and also those who want to spend less on accommodation. Dolo is a charming little town, an hour away from Venice with a reliable bus connection. The room was adequate, a little in need of deep cleaning and fixing some of the electricity sockets, but acceptable. The view from the window is beautiful and it is very close to many restaurants, bars, ice cream shops etc. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful and nice.

Some rooms may benefit from reparation. However, unique old classy spirit is appreciated and maintained.

Excellent breakfast with variety of fruits and pancakes. Very friendly personal. Fabulous location with beautiful historical water mill ("molino"), safe area for kids to run around without cars, art pieces and bars and restaurants to sit outside. Center of Dolo offers relaxing summer evenings for families and couples.

Great breakfasts, a hotel with a covered garage, close to Venice – I definitely recommend it, whether you use it for a visit to Venice or just for an overnight stay on your way back from vacation.

mattress rather hard and pillows a bit too flat for my likes, but my personal opinion. The hotel cleanliness and friendliness made up for it tenfold.

perfect location for transports to Padova and Venice. Very nice town with a busy day/night life. Lovely atmosphere for families as well as younger generations 🥰

The location of the hotel is very nice. There is everything you may need around. The room was clean. It was cleaned on the second day. There is no elevator but the stairs are comfortable. It was not a problem for us. The staff is very attentive and polite. Especially the lady gave good advice.

The area had amazing bus links to venice and to padua. The staff we really accomadating and pleasent through the whole stay. Location has a lovely river across the road with various trendy and family friendly places to eat. Room was better than we expected. Large and comfortable. Alarm went of 4 times in 3 days. Once from a smoker in a room. But then 3 times in 1 night due to an error. This was annoying but cant be helped sometimes. Staff were present to reassure us the building was safe even though it was earlyhours of the morning. Safe place for families, with good facilites and wonderful staff. A lovely and valuable stay

There was nothing to dislike! The only slight drawback was there being no elevator.

Loved this hotel. Traditional feel, simple, classic, very well run. Fantastic location with parking. Great breakfast and nice little bar. Cool spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Good bathrooms. Crisp white sheets and soft white towels. And the prosecco was delicious. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!
