In my whole italy trip , this was the only hotel location which felt a bit unsafe and very dirty, I have not clicked the picture but the surrounding is dirty and the view from the 2nd floor of staircase. This was the only hotel which didn't have the elevator. Room is spacious and has a balcony . I got the room at 2nd floor and in the lobby of 2nd floor you cannot breathe properly as it was really smelling bad. Sadly I was hardly able to see locals in my surroundings.

This place lacked soundproofing, so noise at night was a real issue. The surrounding area wasn't particularly good either. However, its proximity makes it a convenient option if you have an early flight from the airport the next day.

Unfortunately, the tv was small and high up on the wall, not the greatest position. My room was at the back, which was ideal for street noise. However, looking out the window, the view was a concrete jungle, There are no facilities to make a brew first thing in the morning or before bed. The door into the rooms was very loud & noisy.

My room was reasonable and clean. Staff/owner were lovely... felt safe

We called to ask for luggage storage before booking it and they agreed by phone and when we arrived they told us that need to pay for it. would have been better to tell us before.

The neighborhood was not the best but there were lots of polizia patrolling.

Nice but basic room. Very kind proprietor and staff. Good bed and bathroom. Excellent sfogliatelle store on the same block and a five minute walk to Napoli Centrale. Very convenient stay for traveling by train.

Location is good for a traveller - close to the station, but the area is horrible: terribly messy and not safe. Some little difficulties with hot Water (not the owneŕs fault). The head of the shower was broken.

Couldn’t leave my luggage after check out and I would have to pay to the receptionist for leaving the luggage in locked room. Internet wasn’t working well and there was no electricity one morning but luckily I was leaving early for a day.

The only disadvantage was a bit difficult contact with the owner - he did not respond to booking messages quickly, which costed us a bit of stress.

Clean facilities and the room had a good price-quality ratio. It had towels, shower gel, and fresh bedsheets. We stayed one night. Contrary to other comments, we arrived at 1 am and felt okay on the street - nobody approached us or threatened us. The owner was very very nice and let us check in at night remotely.

The room, was strange. Had a window out from the bathroom that went through a different room, that I couldn't access so was unable to completely lock the unit. Also looked nothing like the pictures

The host hospitality and arrangements. I arrived late, and they truly cooprate in such a way that I wasn't in stress at all. The room was comfort and clean, the price very reasonable. Very accessible location.

The area is not the best, didn’t have any problems walking around at night time but you do not feel very safe walking in those streets at night time as it is close to the Central station.
