Very conveniently located near SMH railway station. The room was fine, the hotel had a nice old world decor and we had a nice dinner in the restaurant, which was not overly priced and breakfast was included.

Sometimes when a group was checking in, you had to wait to be able to pick up your room key.

The location was very good, from the train station to walking all the points of interest in the city. The staff was very pleasant with one exception, Lorenzo at the front desk was rude and needs to work on his Customer Service.

Room, bathroom equipment is quite old. Room which I had (408) in under the roof and in a corner and wifi signal was really weak.

Great location for exploring the city, close to the main train station (Firenze Santa Maria Novella), also to the tram line T2 from airport. Location is quiet. Staff is really friendly. Apartment was clean. Bed was comfortable. Advantage was an aircondition due to really how weather. Hotel breakfest in a form of bufet was average.

There was no internet connection on the 1st floor. But it was working on the third floor, e.g. The entrance has two flights of stairs, so going in with a stroller or wheelchair is a problem. Adding ramps would be great!

The location of the property is very good. Right next to the central station, many shops and the market. The furnishing was also very nice.

The hotel is conveniently located only a short walk from either the bus station or the train station. You can take the train directly from the airport to the main train station in Florence, it is less than 5 minutes from the train station to the hotel. The hotel is also well located for walking into the town centre and seeing all of the attractions on offer. The staff in the hotel are superb, very friendly and helpful, the room we had was a good size, very comfortable with a good sized bathroom. The breakfast was excellent plenty of choices from the buffet style breakfast, something for everyone

The only thing that could had better was the adding seals on the shower to keep it from flooding the bathroom floor.

The room was huge and decorated beautifully. The breakfast was marvelous, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for our stay, close to the train station and the attractions that we wanted to visit.

The train station is very close, but rolling luggage is really challenging on the sidewalks and streets to the hotel. It is easier if you don't have to rush.

The hotel was lovely and the room included a good size bathroom. We had a terrace that we really enjoyed. Staff is wonderful, especially Carlos who helped us get settled and gave us hints for the area. The breakfast is excellent with lots of options and hard-working staff keeping the buffet supplied and helping guests. This area of Florence is so convenient to walk to major attractions and the train station. I am so glad we chose this property

We absolutely loved everything! We were given a room on the 4th floor,it was kind of like an attic, and we loved it. It was amazing: super clean, with a huge bathroom, a huge bed, and just incredible overall. The breakfast was also fantastic. Special mention to Giovanni, who helped us with the luggage and showed us to our room. He spoke to us in Spanish and did a great job—such a friendly man! If we come back to Florence next year, we will definitely stay here again without a doubt.

Good location near the train station, friendly and helpful staff and lots of old-world charm. If you can get a room with a terrace, don’t hesitate - a lovely space with views over the rooftops of Florence. Breakfast was great too.

The breakfast wasn't great. Scrambled eggs were cold. On the first morning we waited a long time of our tea and coffee. The shower is very outdated.
