Shower could have been a little cleaner

I loved this place! I had reserved two other places that fell through at the last minute, leaving me in a bad predicament. I was over tired and my cell phone with directions was dying, the lady guided me through everything and made sure I was settled. From the main train line to the B&B. The place is really quiet and peaceful. Great food and company; breakfast was amazing every morning, and so was the espresso. We had air conditioners and weren't too far from the metro. It's looking at the Vatican. I would highly recommend this place. The only thing I was slightly annoyed the shower could have been cleaner, just a few mold spots, nothing major, still extremely nice, and the rooms were also clean.

It is a very cozy accomodation. Very close to Varican City and to the metro. Bus station is in front of the door. The hosts were very kind and warm. Breakfast was good and coffee was good. I recommend it.

The room is quite small and noisy during day and night as our room is on street side.

It is definitely recommended for people who want to stay near to Vatican City particularly Vatican museums which is less than 5 mins from the apartment. The room is well decorated and very clean. The owner of the property is kind and attentive.

They could add some blackout curtains in the bedroom

Everything was exactly like the pictures! Very clean, organized and well decorated. The furniture and facilities are in perfect condition and the staff was easy to talk to. The location is also good and very close to public transports, you can take a bus downstairs basically :) The only if is the bedroom windows outside that it’s not completely blackout but besides that everything else is really good. We definitely would advise you to book this place ✨

Strategic Location, Amazing Place and Hospitality

We had a lovely, warm stay at Alba Sul Vaticano. Alba, the owner, welcomed us kindly and provided a smooth self-check-in process and a great daily breakfast. She also generously offered us snacks in the room and showed a very nice attention to detail. The place is near the Cipro metro station, with many food and restaurant options to choose from. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!

Nothing major. The elevator was being renovated, but it worked when hauling your luggage entering and leaving. The shower head needs an upgrading but it worked well and it was clean.

Alba was accommodating, the breakfast provided was varied and delicious. The bed was comfortable and the ac unit worked efficiently. The suite was cozy and safe with well lighting at night. Nearby was St. Peter's Basilica, which was always so crowded but impressive. Walking there was a spiritual experience and great exercise.

Everything was perfect

Everything was perfect. We had no problem with check-in even though we arrived late at night. The homemade breakfast was very tasty. The host was a very kind and radiant woman who showed us an amazing restaurant nearby where the food was great. We would come back again.

A shame there wasn't a small fridge in the room to store our drinks or food - the kitchen/coffee room was located on the next floor which isn't ideal for a very early check-out. The absence of a greeting touch has been noticed. We might have booked at last minute - probably lower rate than 'usual' but still over £100.. a miss. At last but not least, as we had to leave very early in the morning, we have requested a "take-away" brekkie - my opinion : could have been better but appreciate the efforts :)

The property is located in a prime location near the Vatican on a main road but very quiet. We choose this property as it was close to the airport / airport shuttle stop - for one night only, unfortunately (could have stay longer). The manager / owner was very kind, punctual and explained everything about the property, and gave us all top recommendations for a day out in Roma. The room is extremely clean, quiet, bed is comfortable - just a shame we couldn't enjoy more as we had to check out at 5AM.. We had a serious problem with the front door as we were given the wrong key. Very lucky that a kind neighbour opened it for us or we would have been hanging there for longer. Luckily, we managed to contact the owner who came straight away to replace the key - did a lot of back and forth, up and down, but sorted it out at the end. Very lucky..

The room was pleasant, the bed comfortable, hot shower and very quiet. Breakfast was nice and plentiful. The staff were helpful and friendly. The guest house is only a 5 minute walk to the Vatican.

Alba is a wonderful host. She put so much effort into everything, we were blown away. The breakfast was very tasty and varied, everything was done with a lot of love. The accommodation is right next to the vatican, that part of the city is beautiful, yet far from the big crowd. Metro and bus station are very close. Alba was there for all questions. Many greetings for Alba.

Welcoming, friendly and helpful owners. Excellent location, within walking distance of must- see and holy places such as St. Peters’s Basilica and the Vatican museums. Public transport right under our noses. Room is cozy, there is everything you need. Thank you a lot.
