Great location!! It was easy to locate the property using google maps. The beds were comfortable. The coffee was great! Having the cute balcony for fresh air and to dry clothes and enjoy breakfast was a great touch. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Nice appartment . Clean . The people that manage it were great to deal with. Easy location 2 minutes from the main train station. Shops and restaurants were right there. It’s on a quiet back street .

Sometimes can be a bit noisy from the outside as it is in a city centre but the road where the building is located is not a main road so there aren’t many cars passing by.

Very clean good size room with balcony and lift in a building. excellent location in a city centre with shops restaurants supermarkets and everything you may need close to you. The station is only few minutes away by walk.Excellent friendly host✨✨✨

This apartment is a very clean and comfortable place to stay for a few days. It’s very convenient for the station, so it makes a great base for visiting Cinque Terres. Najada and Natasha are excellent hosts and provided us with fantastic restaurant recommendations. We would love to come back!

They were so kind. Nat helped us with everything, she was very attentive. The room was beautiful. The little balcony was great if you are a smoker. The bed was really comfortable and the coffee was nice. Loved it.

Alba Rooms was the perfect stay while we were in Italy. We travelled to La Spezia to visit Cinque Terre. Alba Rooms was perfectly located in the central district of Le Spezia, close to the train station and bus station. It was an easy walk to the train station where we took the train to go to each of the 5 towns for Cinque Terre. We were so happy that we found this hotel and did not stay in Cinque Terre, where it can be very busy and difficult to travel in and out of with your luggage. The hosts were very friendly and warm and provided us with all of the support we needed, including great restaurant recommendations and helpful tips while we were there. The rooms were clean, spacious, and recently renovated. I very much recommend this place to anyone who is looking to travel to Cinque Terre and its surroundings. It was just what we needed while we were out sightseeing for most of the day! Highly recommend!

Our family, including our 5-year-old, had a wonderful stay in Alba Rooms in La Spezia. The room exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, which is always a top priority when traveling with a young child. Our stay at Alba Rooms was amazing! We arrived late around 9:30 PM, but the host was still there to welcome us and assist with the check-in process, which was a very nice gesture. The rooms were even more comfortable and nicer than they looked in the photos. The sofa bed felt more like an actual bed with a firm mattress, providing excellent comfort. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was much needed during the hot weather. All rooms were modernized, and the view from the balcony was fantastic. Cinque terre by train was only 10 min. Also train station from this place was only 6 min walk. Overall, it was worth every penny, and I would rate it more like a four-star room. Highly recommended!

The apartment is cosy and very well located near the train station. We were welcomed by 2 lovely ladies and they were helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and it was nice to have a table a 2 chairs on the balcony. The host was available anytime and replied promptly to our questions. One big plus is that the host proposed to store our luggage when we check out, so we can enjoy our day and pick up the luggage later. This is not the case for many apartments and it was very appreciated.

The entrance of the building is a little gloomy. But then as you get inside the flat, everything is all right. Nothing to complain about.

Alba Rooms is ideally located in the centre of La Spezxia. It is very near the train station andf the avenue ("corso") with the restraurants. A young Lady, who spoke perfect English, was waiuting for us in the street and took us upstaris, showing us everything.
