This was a 5 star stay in Verona. Exceptional customer service from beginning to end. I stayed in the studio room the fist night then the King room for 3 nights. Everything was thought of, the apartments own Netflix account, slippers, tea and coffee .. everything ! amazing facilities. Easy access into the apartment and the location was perfect, close to everything.

Such a wonderful studio to stay in. Everything you need and very well thought out. It was great to be able to wash my clothes after 2 weeks of travelling and make a home cooked meal. Very clean and well maintained studio. The team looking after the booking are exceptional, helpful and always available to answer any questions.

Only very minor complaint is very small cups (as we like a mug being British). Again very minor and not important.

Fabulous location, spacious and very clean. Air con was fantastic as it was very hot. Great to get to the train station too. Hosts kept in contact and were very helpful. We are hoping to come back again.

Nothing - it was perfect!

Everything was amazing from start to finish. Check in was easy and they accommodated to any early check in. The room itself was fantastic and well-furnished and equipped with anything you could need. Super spacious too. Honestly I didn’t want to leave here🥲I was also able to store my luggage easily in the hallway storage area so I could continue to explore Verona after check out. I would honestly love to stay here again! :)

I arrived in the late hours so it was a bit scary not having reception but it was all fine. They gave me all the relevant information on time.

The room is very spacious and clean. It is located between the train station and the city centre, so it is convenient for travellers arriving by train.

Due that I have a light sleep, I could easily hear the street from outside. But the host provided ear plugs which I really appreciated. Definitely recommended!

It was slightly loud - crying baby from the neighbours so take good earplugs and you will be fine.

Amazing accommodation, almost in the centre of Verona. Comfortable bed, great shower, the room has a fridge, washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron, slippers, free mineral water. Excellent little apartment, would definitely recommend. You can even drop your luggage before and after check-in.

Check-out was quite early but still understandable since the room needs to be cleaned.

Room was very spacious and beautiful. You could see there was lots of thought put into what a traveller needs in the room. Nice location near the city centre but still not a loud area. Easy access with online check-in. Quite a pity to leave so soon. Will definitely stay here again if I ever come to Verona again.

My daughter and I loved everything about this place. The room was super large, very comfortable bed, awesome shower/bathroom. Most of all, the location is perfect, close to the historical sites, restaurants, shops. I’d go there again!

Practically nothing negative observed. Just for the sake of having something to improve, we could mention the door of the shower cabin did not close fully.

Situated perfectly, comfortable, without excessive decoration, but serving its purpose splendidly. Quiet, easy to access and with very comfortable pillows. We loved everything and highly recommend.

We loved our stay in Verona. Francesca and Anna are great hostesses. The place is very clean, spacious and the location is excellent, everything is within a walk distance. The bed is very comfortable, great shower facilities and the little touches around the room makes the experience even better. We would definitely stay at Alatea again. The location is really convenient. It is both near the city centre and the train station. The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was designed carefully. You can find whatever you need in the room. If you need to work online, the wifi was working very well. Overall I was very happy with my stay there.

Tv wouldn't load netflix or any streaming such as YouTube etc Unfortunately very load music from the bar next door. Very very weird and loud neighbour upstairs stomping about and loud grunting, sounded like having sex, then again half hour later and again.after that. Then the pipe for waste water constantly going off from shower and toilet above kept us awake all night
