Just personal but I like to have a TV. Perhaps a one off but there were lots of young adults hanging around in groups outside the building and very noisy., slightly intimidating!

The view was amazing and the location right in front of the lake. Nice restaurants close by. Easy parking close to the accommodation free mon-fri. The host was very helpful

Very Friendly host, he gave us a free upgrade to a better room. In addition to the upgrade he went out of his way to call up restaurants with the request for a pasta alla amatriciana because i wanted to try it. When we got to the restaurant i noticed it wasn’t even on the menu! Amazing service 👌🏼

I really recommend B&B Al vicolo dei Pescatori. Beautifull clean rooms and spectacular view on the lake in a tranquil corner of the village. Frederico very attentive and friendly. Loved the decoration and style of the rooms. Thought of every detail. You can combine exploring the villages around lake and the countryside with a visit of the city Rome. It takes only 35 minutes train ride into de city centre of Rome. I Hope to be able to come back some day.

So close to the lake with easy access to the historic centre of the village. The views were amazing; the host was so helpful ; the breakfast at the cafe down the main promenade was fresh and delicious and the restaurant had wonderful traditional choices outside along the lake shore. The room was clean and simply decorated.

Breakfast was provided by voucher at a choice of 2 local restaurants. We chose one a short walk round the lake where we were able to look back at the view of the old town on the hill. Very obliging staff and good coffee. We ate dinner at the restaurant, food was delicious.

Despite communicating with the host all day regarding our arrival time, we were on time yet had to wait about 15-20 minutes to be let into the unit. I think they were busy with other things.

Absolutely fantastic location in the village. Could not be better - a few steps away from the main piazza with all of the restaurants and shops. Yet, also very quiet. Gorgeous view of the lake. Appears to be recently renovated and is a lovely unit. Written instructions from the host were excellent. Very, very responsive.

Everything! If you visit this town…this is THE place to stay. The view, the location, the room…everything is spectacular! The owner, Federico, is such an incredible soul. He helped us find the location, met us at the bus when we seemed uncertain, is always available to help and offer suggestions. The cleaning staff is superb. The floors are heated….I can go on forever about this place but I’m not a fan of reading endless reviews so I’ll try to shorten. Look no further…this is where you should stay. No other place in this town compares. We unfortunately had an emergency occur while there and the support and help and just kindheartedness we received from Federico and the staff was something very rare to find in this world. We will be forever grateful for everything they’ve done.

Both breakfast locations were fantastic. Location close to the lake made it easy to take a walk along the shore or take a swim in the lake. Federico’s restaurant was fabulous. Federico also went out of his way and brought a fan to our room in order to stay a bit cooler in the hot weather.

There is no parking at the accommodation itself. Parking is up the street and is metered between 8 am and 1 pm, then again from 5 pm to 11 pm. Finding parking can be a problem during busy times.

Very friendly staff. We arrived a little early and the owner quickly met us at the property to check us in early. Good size room, very clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view is amazing!!! Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the vicinity.

We forgot to ask how to work the air conditioning.

Very pleasant, comfortable and quiet small hotel. Federico was fantastic; he hopped in the car and found a free parking spot for me. The restaurant had excellently cooked fish and is right beside the lake. Breakfast at the local Cafe was good. Anguillara Sabazia is a nice place for a stroll - o through the old town or beside the lake.
