On the ground floor many shops and restaurants and it might cause some noise. I’d recommend earplugs for light sleepers.

The atmosphere and the vibe were matching the city. Lovely canal view, central location, easy to navigate from main railway (around 20 min by foot) and 15 min to main square. Our check-in was possible earlier which was really cool! Good bed and pillows, cleaning was every day, our room had a kettle, tea and coffee and they were refreshed every day which was super nice!

The owner should be a little less suspicious of new guests. We didn't like that there was no view to the famous Venice canals.

In the shower there’s no where to put your soap or shampoo. You just have to put it on the ground or hold it.

The location is perfect. The room is comfortable with air conditioning. It’s quiet at night even though it is in a fairly bustling part of Venice. The staff were lovely and helpful both via email and face to face.

The walls are very thin, so if you're a light sleeper, you might have trouble sleeping—even with earplugs. Reception hours are limited (8:30 AM to 7:00 PM), which can be inconvenient if you need to store your luggage outside of those times.

The tv was small and only one English Channel, wasn’t a major issue would have just been nice to have more choice. Also more plug sockets would have been good, I could only find one that we could use with our adaptor plugs. Two very small details, which would not put me off staying here again.

The property was in a perfect location, the staff gave great directions on how to get there from the airport and as we were a late arrival gave instructions on how to self check in. It was so close to Rialto and we managed to find our way easily around the city. Room was clean and the maid came in everyday. We had a late flight home and we were able to leave our luggage behind reception to enjoy our day.

The room was small but well appointed. Quiet location when the windows and shutters are closed. There is a kettle with paper cups and tea bags. The location is across the piazza from the reception down a small walkway. You use three keys to get into the building, the floor and then the room. Breakfast is not included but there is a nice restaurant on the piazza.

For us bed were quite hard, but maybe for someone it is Ok. No elevator. For us it wasn't a problem, but be aware of it.

The Wifi was basically not available . Only sometimes at a certain angle or location within the room. Also, due to the density of the buildings, 4G or 5G wasn't available either. So basically, no Internet, which was annoying. Generally very quiet, although the neighbours from the building across are so close to the hotel that it feels like they party in your apartment. Also, there was a very tiny shower that is barely suitable for fit people. The bed was quite hard.

Location is just excellent. Next to restaurants and shops ,10 min away from St. Marks square. Room was clean and just alright.
