Wonderful staff, extremely friendly and most have a good level in English. perfect breakfast, some would appreciate more choice but sufficed for us. A technical issue occurred and the hotel staff was very concerned with proposing acceptable solutions - no doubt we would come back here - Price/quality 10/10.

Its magicals,felt like a family run boutique hotel,looked after very well Very authentic italian feel.

Brilliant buffet breakfast..host and staff very friendly..room had private balcony to enjoy the views..swimming pool was heavenly after a long day of walking..they provided transport to pick you up from station and into town which was great as its a long walk..best of all..it's a family business..5 star rating..

Excellent breakfast and friendly staff at a hotel with a nice location just outside Levanto. Perfect getaway after exploring the 5-terre villages during the day.

Very restricted without your own transport. The hotel run a shuttle service to the station or downtown but feel other locations could have been offered like ferry port. Two free trips per day were free with any extra trips available for 5€ each trip. This was good value but times the bus ran were a little restricted. Taxis were extremely limited in the area & costs of them were extortionate

Location is harder to get to/from

Overall it was very good. It was clean, nice pool, the staff was very helpful. It was quiet, big rooms...

There is a shuttle from the hotel to the city centre/ train station. We liked the shuttle, but would love it if it ran more frequently. (There is no shuttle before 8.35 and between 11.15 and 15u) The pillows were not that comfortable in my opinion.

Amazing hotel in a great location to visit Levanto and the Cinque Terre. Spacious rooms, great pool and the shuttle service to Levanto was very convenient. We will definitely come back!

Noting to not like

Beautiful setting with lots of terraces to sit on with gorgeous views. Great pool as well. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast buffet was great too!

The room was situated near the patio and reception and was a bit noisy in the mornings. Also, it would be great if they offered a food service (pizza, salads, etc. ) in the evening so that you didn’t have to go into town for dinner.

The stuff is greate and very helpful. The Room was big and clean. Nice breakfast. The hotel is 30min walking from the center and the train, there is shuttle service that worked very good and arrived on time.
