I would have loved it if it was closer to the beach. The price is way to big for how the hotel looks/offers. Rooms are old as well as the bathroom. Still trying to understand why they ask so much money. For me it doesn’t look like a 4 stars hotel.

The hotel does not own a beach therefore sometimes it is more difficult to get sunbeds on the beach as most of them are for the hotels' guests which have beach front.

The hotel's location is good everything is very close, the breakfast is excellent with variety. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room is comfortable and big.

Clean spacious rooms, decent breakfast. The hotel has a nice fresh relaxed feel. Hotel is 3 minutes walk to the beachfront. A few more minutes walk along the beachfront will get you to a good selection of restaurants.

The only constructive criticism would be to have some tea and coffee facilities in the room and some cushions or another pillow.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the waiting staff at breakfast were exemplary. A fridge in the room was great and some complimentary water was a thoughtful and appreciated gesture.

The room is small and it didn't quite feel like 4 stars to me. It's a little far from the train station (15 min walking).

The breakfast is exceptional with many options, including multiple kinds of delicious cakes and a barista. The staff was helpful and offered to pack us a breakfast bag the day we left since we were leaving before breakfast. It's a block from the beach. There is AC.

If I had to think about anything at all in the reception area there was a stain on one of the walls (probably one of the pipes had leaked) but this was a very minor nuisance.

The hotel is located near the sea front, 20 minutes on foot from the train station and the famous “muretto”. It is a safe and nice area, with plenty of shops and restaurants around. In the room there was enough space to keep our trolleys open. Bathroom was slightly on the smaller side. There was also a small terrace with a couple of chairs which was handy to hang clothes and towels after coming back from the beach. Breakfast is very good with lots of variety and fresh fruit. There were no queues and you could choose if to eat indoor or outdoor. AC was powerful enough. Overall clean, quiet and welcoming.

I had issues with AC and bathroom. my apartment was in last floor, very close to the roof, so the AC couldn’t cool down the room. The staff was little effective and helpful to solve the problem. Also, the shower was very short, and was impossible to have a shower standing up. Again, after complaining the staff was very unhelpful to solve the issue

Small room, very small shower, so that one is constantly kicking the walls with elbows, no special place to dry the swimming suits and towels except for the chairs on the balcony.

Breakfast was good, especially the individually prepared coffee! USB sockets, water everyday, very friendly and supporting personnel.

It was our family vacation, everything was very nice - breakfast, staff and rooms. The location is really great, 5-10 minutes to beach, and in spite the fact that our windows faced the street it was absolutely quiet at night.

Beds are firm, so a pillow selection: thin and/ or soft would help.

Quiet area for Alassio. Breakfast better than a good italian hotel offer - also outdoors. Refurbished lately.. but structure not soundproofed and original doors lock loudly, unfortunately. For in-room A/C, it is really quiet... but not silent.

I had higher expectations from the facility in general, considering that it's a 4-star. We weren't expecting their best room, considering that we booked only a couple of weeks in advance and the offer was competitive. Our room wasn't that big (we were aware of that since it's stated in the booking process) but with all the services and comfortable. Our room's private bathroom should be improved: size is ok, the shower should be revised in total (low quality box, damaged but functional hose), tower holders and oothbrush/soap holders missing.

The hotel is 2 mins the seaside. The area is quite and very strategic, close to the town centre for night activities. The staff is very kind and available to sort any request. Always smiling and efficient. We travelled with our <1yo son and everything went smoothly also thanks to the staff. Communication easy and clear. Parking is particularly difficult in Alassio but the hotel offers one of their car parks in a nearby garage, only 5 mins waking for the facility (around €15 per day); I strongly suggest to book it. We appreciated that we could enjoy our last day after the check-out, leaving the luggage in a dedicated deposit and refresh ourselves after the hot day in large shared bathrooms. Our room was ok (see later), with air-con not noisy. The continental breakfast was wide enough.
