Just make sure you have sufficient time travelling to and from the airport. Limited trains due to maintenance and we had to take a replacement bus which took a while to get to our destination and back

This was more than what we hoped for. The view the location was perfect. I would not wanted my experience any different. Beautiful and central, walking distance from everything

We did not find tissues, and just minimal bathroom products. Also, in-room coffee would have been nice.

The hospitality was evident from the start. All of the staff, especially Katalin, were wonderful...friendly, helpful and always accommodating to any request. The room was comfortable and the location was absolutely perfect. The breakfast served in a lovely dining area was just right to start the day. We definitely hope to return!

WiFi was a bit choppy but is to be expected either an old stone building.

The stay was brilliant; the high decorative ceilings and beautiful toilet stone tile finish were exceptional. Location couldn't have been any better.

Great location, easy to access the rooms and the host was available as needed. There was also a mini fridge in the room. Would recommend for a short stay in Tivoli!

The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to make us comfortable and welcome us and fix our technical issues. We had a family health crisis during our stay and he was very attentive and kind, making the experience a bit more bearable.

Fabulous characterful property in the centre of Tivoli. The manager, Catalin, was really helpful and provided us with all the information we needed for our late arrival. Car park was about 300m away and an easy walk to the property. Breakfast was served in the dining room at the top of the building with great views over the rooftops. The lady serving was also really nice and helpful.

Although we knew in advance that there was no electric kettle or refridgerator, we did miss having them.

The location was exceptional, in the centro historico and an easy walk to the Villa d'Este and many good restaurants. Both Catalin, the manager, and the breakfast hostess were gracious and accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags for a few hours after checking out. The breakfast was ample. Catalin also provided helpful advice about parking and avoiding the city center restrictions.

Please note that there are no elevator because this is an old historic building, but the staff helps you with the luggage.

This is the historic and rustic place in the center of the town close to restaurants and attractions. We had a big room with the comfortable bed. The staff went out of the way to book the restaurant for dinner and cater to all our needs.

there was nothing I didn't like, but if I have to mention one thing I suppose it would be a usb port for phone charging, however I had my own one so it really was not an issue. Everything was great

It was difficult to understand the location of the car park vis a vis this b&b. A paper map at the desk - hand drawn if necessary - would help guests know how far and which way to walk.

Poor hotel wifi (losing Internet connectivity most of the time), and GSM mobile Internet was poor as well due to the wall thickness. The TV in our room was quite old and did not allow switching to external HDMI input or PC/mobile display projection. It would also help to have 2 chairs in the double bedroom - not just one chair.

Excellent location in Tivoli historic centre yet still very quiet. Thanks to Catalin, who resolved all of our claims (except Internet dropouts), we were able to move to one of the larger rooms with painted ceilings. Well equipped and functional bathroom, plenty of choice (cakes, croissants etc.) for breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff - they did their best to make the guests happy. Very clean and well maintained rooms.

Staff did not speak English, which is fine. Not great communication with the owner about a personal issue, but when you are traveling in Italy, it is an adventure.
