There was sign of flood damage on the walls, and parts of the wooden floor was lifting. There was a kettle but no cups and no tea/coffee. Breakfast was mediocre.

Great location and friendly reception staff. It was nice to have a balcony as the room was quite small.

The breakfast room is not in good condition and the breakfast itself is very plain. It’s better to grab a bite in the many bakeries and restaurants all around.

The location is amazing because it‘s literally just steps from the Rialto bridge. The room was wonderful and very beautifully decorated, the bathroom modern and clean. Staff was always helpful and friendly. We had a very good stay and will come back.

We were not aware of the tax you had to pay in cash beforehand. This may be a location wide situation and may be down to our naivety rather than the hotel itself.

The hotel is really close to the Rialto, the vaporetto station. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was convenient and glamourous.

Room 18 had a terrace big enough to have a meal there and sheltered enough to have privacy. The room like the hotel had been renovated recently. Rooms were soundproof.

Literally the only problem with this property is that it has no lift - fine most of the time, not much fun with luggage. But for an old building in this part of Venice, that's not unusual.

The location is exceptional - less than a minute from the Rialto bridge (and vaporetto stop), and just a few minutes' walk from Piazza San Marco. The rooms are opulent and charming, unique for a hotel in this price range. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and overall I had an excellent stay.

We didn‘t manage to turn off the light behind the bed, the switch must be very hidden. but if we had asked they surely would have helped us. Other than that perfect!

Beautiful room, and the location of the Hotel is literally perfect!! It felt really nice staying at this hotel. We got upgrated to a better room for free! In the room they apparently even shot some scenes from a Hollywood movie and I can imagine that very well.

The employees are extremely accommodating, the hotel is located right next to rialto bridge. The rooms are very spacious which is an not common in Venice. They are also extremely pretty and hold the vibe you want to have while staying in Venice. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is absolutely fantastic, easy to find, and very close to the Rialto bridge. We only stayed one night, but the room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I can recommend this place.
