Very welcoming and friendly hosts, a quiet oasis on the outskirts of Florence. I liked the idea of one big table for all guests, so one could meet the other guests too. Bus nr.14 brings you direct to the centre of Florence.

Warmth of host was exceptional. He guided to the property from day one. Location though little away (though well connected) from city centre but property is vintage, comfortable and peaceful. Recommend to all and like to stay again when visit Florence.

Cozy B&B located in Rovezzano, 20min from Firenze city center by bus, you can park the car on the street for free, which is not common in the town. The place has an amazing decoration and you can relax after a day visiting the wonderful Firenze. Linda and Nicholas are great people who will try their best to give you good recommendations about what to do (especially what to eat in towm), and also make you feel at home. Breakfast with Nicholas was always fun with good conversation. There are bus stops, train station and good restaurants nearby the place. Defintely recommended!

We liked everything!

The accommodation was originally Tuscany and we loved it. Very clean and beautiful room and great originally Italian breakfast. We had everything we needed during our stay. The hosts were very kind, and i would always recommend them as great hosts. Perfect place :)

wifi connection wasn't always great but Nicolas the host said his on it to fix it so hopefully it will get better soon.

good breakfast with nice people from around the world very nice, easy going and helpful host great vibe good location just few minutes drive to the city center, we paid just 5 euros for parking pictures don't justify how cool this place really is

There was not a single thing I could fault about the property!

The property really captured a Tuscan domicile from the 1500’s but with an updated modern twist. It was extremely clean and cosy and spacious!

Very nice and friendly staff! Host does everything to make your stay as convenient as possible. Room spacious and very comfortable. A little ex-centred but bus/train easily accessible to reach city center!

Beautiful premises with gorgeous decor. Nicolas was a fantastic host, providing tips on things to see as well as recommendations for where to eat and drink, making sure our stay in Florence was one we will never forget.

Nothing, all very good

Lovely Italian building and Nicholas made us very welcome. Our room was large and the bed was very comfortable , breakfast was also good. We had a very late arrival and Ryan made sure we had details and a a small whattsapp video to check ourselves into the accommodation . There is plenty of free parking around the B&B. It was only an easy 20-minute bus ride into Florence using bus 14, 14A or 14B there were a choice of bus stops close. If you pay on the bus for your, it is €3 pp but get your tickets from the tabbac and it €1.70 Tabbac next door to David 2 restaurant. We also eat at David 2 Pizza restaurant close to the B&B , it was very good food and price.

Parking is not easy there (need to keep in mind the schedule of the city street cleaning service), but the host give information. Breakfast was ok but the quantity was limited. You need to watch the host's dog taking poop in the garden regularly- quite disturbing when you want to have dinner in the garden/ porch. For the bus to Florence city center (line 14) we had to wait more than 30 minutes - they do not keep the schedule written in the bus-stop.

This was a nice place to stay more-or less. The street is narrow and not crowded/noisy.

The B&B was really great, an amazing old place with a lot of history, Linda the owner was really helpful. just a short bus trip into the centre perfect.

The room was really clean, looked beautiful and had all the essentials. Breakfast was simple, yet delicious. The staff were really helpful, friendly and gave excellent reccomendations.

The hosts/room/food and location was lovely. Can't fault any part of our stay here. If we come back to Florance, will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience at your B&B.

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great, and we had no wifi in our room. We did mention the wifi to Ryan first, who told us he would look into it, and then to Linda (owner) who told us there was some wifi by the window, but nothing she could do to give us wifi in the rest of the room due to the construction of the building. Ended up using quite a lot of our data plans due to this when looking at maps and making plans.

B&B was gorgeous and clean, the room was lovely. We really appreciated the aircon. Ryan was very kind, and eager to give us recommendations for small, cute places to go. Linda was also very nice, and very knowledgable about the local area.
