You will stay close to the habour and therefore is normal to be eventually awakened by the cry of the seagulls in the morning.

The site is in a side street close to the habour pier with some parking opportunities at front door. The place itself is very quiet and consists of a complete floor level that has been turned into solo rooms fully equipped with modern style furniture and a super pretty bathroom. We were welcomed by the owner and shown around explaining all the amenities. Don't be disappointed by the look of the building from outside looking a bit scrappy but the inside is very well made up and the breakfast terrace is sooo cool.

Everything was great! Fron the very beginning, we were delighted by the very kind hosts. The homemade breakfasts were delicious, and the beautiful terrace was perfect not only for meals but also for relaxation during the day. The room was very comfortable and spacious. We spent part of our honeymoon in the apartment and to this day, we still remember it as one of our best memories

Fantastic place, an apartment converted into 4 rooms, with a common kitchen etc. Outstanding breakfast on the terrace facilitated by the hosts. Central location near the harbour. Highly recommended.

Lovely hosts, the place is nicely decorated and the breakfast was amazing. The hosts were so kind and the small communal kitchen area with little treats and water was a nice touch.

This was an incredible find on Elba. A beautiful B&B in the centre of the city. The room was clean, modern and comfortable, whilst the breakfast was outstanding. My favourite in Italy so far! Barbara and her family were so welcoming and friendly, we didn’t want to leave!

From the outside the house looks a bit scetchy tbh. But when you step inside and you open the door towards the apartment, it is just stunning! It was so big, clean, it smelled good! We had everything we needed. Amazing room, enough space, two beautiful terraces and a great kitchen. The facility offered possibility to wash, cook yourself, or just take a late night snack from the kitchen: Barbara’s homemade cake! It was amazing and we will definitely return if we come back to Elba!

Everything, the rooms are very modern and have everything you need. Barbara is the best host you could ask for always able to help with any requests or needs. The breakfast is a great touch that puts this above other places we’ve stayed previously. I would highly recommend this place for any stay on Elba.

I liked everything.

The house is a work of art. The owners are super friendly and accommodating. It's very exciting to have snacks and drinks available in the communal kitchen! The spaces are really well designed. And it was great to have breakfast at a big table with other guests. It was lovely to be able to pop out to the close beach for a swim before breakfast.

As so often in Italy, the bed was too hard for our taste.

This was a great place to stay for exploring Elba, especially when visiting Elba for the first time. Close to just about evcerything: the boat, buses, the historic center, restaurants and bars, but still relatively quiet. We really appreciated the breakfast, with a wide selection (including home baked cakes ;-)!). The room was nicely decorated, and Barbara was such a welcoming hostess!
