We would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel was immaculate but what makes it a 10/10 is the staff. They have a great team who put a lot of effort into each and every guest. Christina at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful with recommendations. The location is a short walk from the town and breakfast had a good selection.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Could not have asked for more. The staff were exceptional! They really made the stay a 10/10. Loved the location, especially that it was slightly removed from the busy town centre, but a very easy, short walk to everything. The breakfasts were incredible. The pool area was a very chill, quiet sanctuary and fantastic for lane swimming training. We enjoyed the wine tasting evening and pizza supper. The bike storage, wash area and tuning area were over the top. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent facilities, especially their apartments which worked well for our family with a young child. Staff were very helpful, particularly the waiting staff in the restaurant at breakfasts and dinner. The location was good too, away from the main streets for peace and quiet, but close enough to walk down and be at the lake front with a short walk.

Only reason for a rating of 9 instead of 10 are that the rooms that are a bit dated.

Staff was super friendly and the hotel is a dream for bikepacking travelers. There is plenty of secure storage room for bicycles, as well as a bike cleaning and repair station. Pool area is nice to relax after a long day on the bike, and the free welcome drink was very appreciated. Breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety of delicious food options.

We liked it all.! We will defenately come back!

For a short 3 days stay the hotel was perfect. Located very close to the city center, in a quiet area, it was great to wind down. The large pool, the sauna, very comfortable beds with balcony provided a great little break. The brealfast was extraordinary, and the staff accommodated all our desires in a super friendly way. The surprise was the small wine tasting experience where you can also take home a few liquid memories from Torbole!

The stay was perfect - very nice staff, excellent breakfast, stylish facilities, free wine tasting that gave it that special appreciated touch, good “pizza dinner”. Sauna was nice too. Definetly recommend and would come back!
