How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

No view, window was blocked by an AC.
Very nice and clean room with bathroom and common kitchen with a lot of sitting space and essentials. 15 minutes away from the train station and near to the city center. There’s a supermarket next door. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The place was incredibly comfortable, clean, and modern-just like in the photos. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and it felt like a home away from home. The host was super friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. You can tell they truly care about making your stay great. I'd absolutely come back and recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and stylish getaway!

The “kitchen” part is incredibly small, i was expecting it to be a little bigger and better equipped (2 forks, 2 knives, some plates and a water heater with coffee). We were not prepared against mosquitoes and, from previous experience we were kind of expecting a small device against them to protect us in the room, so we eventually got bitten, but this is really a small, thoughtful detail only that could add to the experience and that you can prepare for.
It’s in one of the busiest places in Sidari so the location overall is unquestionably one of the greatest you can get! The sound on the balcony tends to get a little too loud but inside you basically CAN’T hear any of the traffic or parties going on. Beatiful room, spacious and modern. Everybody from the staff was very helpful, understanding and quick to respond. Definitely would recommend, we loved it overall! ❤️

You can not use the sockets next to the bed, beacuse the lamps that are glued to the bedside tables are too close to the sockets and you dont have room to plug in the charger
The accommodation is good located, close to the historical city center, and also close to the train station. It was clean and confortable. There is also a supermarket nearby

The location was perfect, being in the new town but close to the old town. The hotel interior was sophisticated, the facilities were well equipped and we had a comfortable stay.

The rooms were very nice, spacious and clean. This accommodation has a very good location, it is close to the center, also to the station. The supermarket was right next door. There was also a well-equipped kitchen for all rooms. The only negative was that the refrigerator did not work.

We had self-check in and the only thing we didn't like, was that the staff asked us to make pictures of us with the id in hand to confirm that the guests are the same as the passport photos sent. Since I was with my husband and kids, we were not comfortable to send our kids pictures. But we solved it, as one of the staff came to the room and confirmed itself.
The location was perfect, in the center. Everything was clean and the room very comfortable. There was no noise from the outside. We had an easy access and communication with the staff.

Heating did not work and it took them 3 days to fix it , without providing a temporary solution, a small heater or an extra blanket. They were slow in responding to messages/request and have poor communication skills. In the info it said towels are provided, but did not say it would be only a set of two for the whole stay (6 days), for more they charge 8 EUR per piece.
Location was good, it was clean and kitchen was well equipped.

The accommodation was quite okay, clean and modern, but unfortunately that’s about it. The shared kitchen had a broken fridge; we informed the owners, but the issue wasn’t fixed. It was cold in the room — the air conditioning only works during the summer, and the radiator didn’t work at all. The room temperature was around 19/20 degrees. We spoke with the owners, and they told us some ‘stories’ about it being limited, but that wasn’t the case.

The place was overall amazing. The room and the kitchen are equipped with everything you might need. Air conditioning was easy to use. I am impressed with how clean the whole building was. Last but not least the stay’s location was one of its many good qualities. It is in the city center close to everything including the central railway station, the old town, the main streets and shops and the costal area. I would 100% recommend visiting.☺️
