Reviews of Air Suite Verona

Location was perfect. Black out roller shutters amazing. Bathroom stunning. Staff and cleanliness spot on. Air-conditioning all in working order.

The room was a little tight for storage (no where to put cases under bed or in wardrobe). The sliding mirror door meant the chair was always in the way. The wooden surround on the bed was a hazard to your shins and provided no benefit. Breakfast food was ok, but the room felt cramped and the lack of natural light/views meant it felt very cafeteria and wasnt a nice place to spend time so we didnt return after the first day.

Great staff, great location, beautiful room very well prepared, fantastic breakfast. We will be returning to Verona next year and will be booking this hotel again.

Close to main attractions, modern rooms, good breakfast

Despite looking modern and recently renovated, the rooms are starting to show signs of wear - the bed was squeeking terribly to the point that it would wake you up, the shower head in the bathroom wasn't staying in it's place anymore, some tiles in the shower were broken, scratches on furniture. Unlike other locations, there is ZERO tollerance from the staff in case you wish to change the date if you booked with non-reimbursable prepayment, even if you are willing to pay the difference, I had to buy a separate night. The value was not very high but it was quite a lame move especially since we decided to pay another night instead of going elsewere, they literally laughed in our face, very poor customer service.

Great location and very close to the main attractions in Verona. The room (127) was very spacious and had a large bathroom, with a powerful shower. The AC was great and much appreciated given the high temps and humidity. You have to check in at the hotel across the street, but this was explained to us prior to arrival. A staff member also guided us to our suite, which was very helpful. The TV was in the mirror, which was different. This wasn’t explained to us, so only knew because we read reviews. Breakfast was included and was ok.

Some instructions on the TV hidden in the mirror and the exteriors blinds would’ve been helpful, but not a big deal.

Unfortunately the breakfast buffet wasn’t the same standard as the rooms.

A remote control but no tv!

Didn’t like the frame around the bed, looked the part but hard to not bang your legs.

Clean, quiet, and in an extremely great location to explore the old town by foot.

No complaints - this is an excellent accommodation.

Lean modern room - everything you need for a short stay

Breakfast is in the sister hotel - across the road as is madness for busy - the rooms are in a office block style building but very smart, modern and clean - showers are challenge

Very good location, close to the Arena. Nice ‘iconic’ fifties building. Super friendly staff was fast to help with some technical problems.

Breakfast is in the hotel across the street. It’s okay, but not really special. A lot of authentic possibilities nearby.

Large size rooms. Nicely soundproof from the busy streets of Verona. Felt very safe and secure. Staff were so lovely and helpful- helping us park and get to our room multiple times. Great included morning breakfast.
