Not mad keen on the area as it was a bit far from where we wanted to be but we just used taxis a bit. The shower was VERY small and not fabulous water strength but ok. SO many keys to get to our room!

Clean with great aircon! Enough space for us as it was simply a place to rest our heads at night, we were out and about a lot. Water supplied plus extra in the fridge for only one euro was a bonus. Beds fabulous and pillows too.

I don’t know who is responsible for cleaning, but the room was quite dusty. The room is located in the ZTL C and if you are coming by car you should know that(you have to pay an online tax and is harder than you think to activate a pass)

I had to be rather insistent on 2 separate beds, but they where organised.

Good location in a good neighbourhood. In walking distance to the Last Supper, several churches, Museum of Technology, Navigli. Very clean room and bathroom. Slippers, toothbrush/ paste, a bottle of water are provided. Coffee/ tea is for free, and there is also a minibar with other drinks for charge. Good communication, independent getting in/out.

Pillows a bit uncomfortable.

Excellent location with a bakery, convenience store and lovely pasteria very close. Only a 5-10min walk to the main street where trams and trains located as well as many stores and restaurants. Room clean and spacious with tea and coffee facilities. Secure residential building.

Everything was perfect—our room, the staff, the location, and the facilities. I initially thought it was far from the Duomo di Milano, but it was only a 10-15 minute walk. I really appreciated the staff and their professionalism. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I was super pleased with my stay at Aiello rooms. I accidentally arrived at the wrong hotel location but the staff at both locations went above and beyond to ensure I got to the correct location. The staff were a huge help in getting to and into my room.

The AC was on and functioning, but it didn’t really seem to cool the room down too much; so it was a bit hot at night. Check-in was super easy, but it was a bit hard understanding what floor the rooms were on.

The property was very close to shops and nearby eateries. Everything was within walking distance!

Minor, but pillows not good. Bar fridge not cold at all. No info provided to advice power limit so air-conditioning cut out from 10pm until checkout 24 degree overnight temp. Air Con not cooling properly. Room quite small.

Location was convenient. Close to metro rail, Cafe & local supermarket. clean & neat.

Tiny shower The parking I had reserved was not available when we got there. We were only notified when we got to the property. Parking on the street was difficult and we had to find a parking station which was much more expensive than the parking we were supposed to have at the property.

No staff on site, it's not a traditional hotel so we had to find our room ourself and the venue (there's two different buildings) but the staff were helpful via instructions left on the app. Would have preferred to have someone around to show us to our rooms and give us a run down of the facilities.

Amazing location, stones throw from the Metro and plenty of mini-supermarkets and cafes around us. Nearly everything was in walking distance anyway and the view from our room was amazing especially in the mornings.

Was little bit out of city centre but was what we wanted for our stay and as mentioned was easy to travel

Host was very helpful with getting into the property and any further help we needed. Room was clean at arrival and was cleaned thoroughly every day. Great location right next to metro station which is helpful as a little bit out the centre. Host was always on call ready to provide us support.

There were steps immediately as you enter the room which you can easily trip on.

The room did smell like someone was smoke inside the room had to air it out and turn on the AC to get the smell away. The bathroom was smaller than expected.

-The apartment is very well situated. The metro stations are only a few minutes away and from here you can go anywhere, everything is close. -The bathroom, bed, bedsheets were clean, but on the floor you could see that it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. -Anna was always available when I texted her and helped us with storage recommendations for after checkout. -When it comes to breakfast, it was ok that it was close but don’t expect a regular breakfast, it’s the Italian way 😂🤌🏼 the pistachio croissants were good though. -A bit surprising the floor cleanliness detail, but per total it was a lovely stay and we’ll for sure return.

Room and facilities were all good, but there was a step up as you came into the room and a step down into the bedroom area. Tripped down a few times after coming out of the bathroom until I got used to it being there. Would suggest a strip of yellow tape on the steps to highlight it as at the moment the step and floor level blend into one, otherwise I liked the accommodation .

Breakfast had a good choice of brioche with coffee or juice. The Elena was clean, tidy and the staff were friendly. Thought the location was good in that it was a short walk to the main shopping area and about 20 minutes or so to the Cathedral.

Location was Not Like we expected from the map. Was a Bit Hard to find, only a small sign at the top corner Shows the aiello rooms.

Nice and warm Welcome by the Personal. Room was nice, clean and big, same for the bathroom.

Location while was descent , the aiello rooms @San Babila has the best location so only when comparing would have loved to stay there. For sure, would like to see Streaming services available on TV as during rainy days , you really could relax and binge on english content. Cable services are mostly italian.

Comfortable stay. Great rooms with most facilities in check. All interactions with Aiello rooms facility services/care takers were remote through watsapp but it was quiet convenient. Check-In was DIY but the instructions received does the job. The AI rooms can mention that they are on 3rd floor of the facility. Also late checkout facility was great.
