No shuttle bus down to town until June we arrived late May. Bar hours restrictions not open till 5pm. Problem as we wanted a cold drink when at pool and weather boiling hot .

Gym has everything what you need to perform a good exercise, but maybe it is time update the gym overall appearance.

Breakfast was great with all the option from sweet to savory. Room had a small kitchen with all the necessary equipment so you could prepare anything you wanted in there. Pool was awesome and the gym was good too. Small football (4vs4) pitch, beach volley court and padel court. Overall what a great place to spend your holidays with plenty to do also in the hotel area.

The shower needs a very good scrub with bleach. A few dark stains arpund the tiles and the shower door.

We had a room on ground floor so it was noisy - we could hear people coming and leaving the building. The spa area where were saunas was dark. Breakfast was average - simple things, nothing exceptional, personally was missing fresh fruits

Resort location without character

No room service at all, if you choose the appartment: no extra toilet paper, not cahanging the towels, no garbage bags or taking the garbage.

The resort is nice, the appartment is big enough, well equipped and has a nice view.

An amazing hotel. I've book appartments with kitchen so I didn't use the brekfast and dinner. The swimming pool is big, the restorant and terittory beautiful. The room was clear and really comfortable.

The property doesn’t justify the money!! We were lucky enough to eat outside before dinner. The dinner was really bad with limited options. You feel like in a canteen and not restaurant. Also, the bar and restaurant really needs a makeover for this money they are taking!

The pools and rooms. They do a good job with cleaning. Also, the spa and the lady over there was really nice.

There was a little bit of a problem for the check-out in the early morning but it was considerable. It was a little bit far from the beach but there was a scheduled bus service.

The welcoming receptionist was kind and helpful for the bags. The room was very spacious specially the balcony. It was clean and the cleaning lady was kind. The breakfast buffet is varied and tasty.

The buildings are already old, even though the apartment we stayed in had some renovations. Many parts of the kitchen were broken, and cooking utensils were missing. We weren't able to cook any meals; the only thing that would have been possible was pasta. Fortunately, the hotel has a restaurant.

The pool is always clean, not too crowded, with good lounge chairs. It closes early at 7pm.

Reception staff generally with a poor command of languages, making dealing with small enquiries like an extra bin bag really hard work. Plus, there is no map of buildings - we had 6 families dotted throughout the venue, and this would have been helpful. Poor signage in general - for example, the spa could have multilingual safety notices, in french, given its proximity to Nice. The washing machines, for example, were connected to detergent, but it was only because I saw the pipes and have experienced this at camp sites and knew the situation. None of this was communicated by staff or the venue, making it a difficult place for non Italian speakers.

Facilities could of been better considering for what you are paying. We got a seaview room which was quite deceiving as the entire hotel had that view. We paid extra for a view that the entire hotel had. Rooms are nothing special for what you paying. Breakfast says 10am finish but by 9.45 they start kicking you out. Lunch says 2pm but by 1.15 they start saying kitchen closed. Pool is cold. You can't use your floates in the pool nor you can use the pool without a swimming cap. Overall cleanliness is ok nothing special.

Do not have mega expectations from this hotel. It's ok, facilities are ok. No proper signs up. Some staff can be abrupt. Julia the receptionist is very helpful and manager is also good to talk too. It's a dated hotel and they can't handle big group bookings.
