LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION....wait did I say Location!!!! The apartment was magnificently located with everything within walking distance and the views were amazing! To top things off the apartment was way more spacious than I had expected and beyond clean! I can not say enough great things about our stay, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Verona to stay here. We will definitely be back and will book again!!

Kitchen facilities were really only suitable for breakfast and snacks

Pleasant, spacious apartment in great location. Good sound proofing so location on corner of crossroads didn’t disturb. Lots of local amenities.

Shower had some minor mold, but overal very clean.

Room handover process is smooth, owner is kind, polite and responsive. He helped with the parking too. Location is excellent, everything is walking distance. Flat itself is clean, tidy very well equipped. Good infomaterials, fast wifi, would recommend any time!

We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment was very clean and comfortable and we loved the balcony overlooking the river and people watching. Close to the sights, supermarkets, and easily accessible by public transport if required. Check opera ticket availability early.

For us nothing It is understandable that some people are very disappointed, there should certainly be more clarity about the type of appartement , the pictures on booking are misleading. Type 1 Superior Appartement Type 2 Appartement with balcony ATTENTION we think this one has a small balcony Type 3 Superior Appartement Type 4 Superior Appartement with 1 bedroom and balcony

We booked the room with balcony and luckily it was the one with a view of the river. Apparently this is not always the case The apartment was spacious and very clean. A tip for people traveling by car, Parcheggio Saba Arsenale is a 2-minute drive away. Very clean, spacious parkingplaces, there are also charging stations for electric vehicles. About 21 Euro a day

I loved everything!

The location was perfect! The property was so beautiful and clean. It had everything I needed. There are also multiple doors to unlock to get in so for someone travelling alone I always felt incredibly safe. Jessica was so attentive and communicative the whole time. They were really accommodating for me before hand and really helpful! Honestly, the whole stay exceeded my expectations!

Noise

The apartment has a perfect location. Very nice and has an excellent size. We just found it very noisy because it was on a street with traffic, despite the windows having thick glass, there was car noise... But we didn't turn on the air conditioning which might block the sound more.

Ok apartment simple set up, close to centre of town. Located in mixed office building. Neighbourhood not super safe. My car was broken into parked out the front, to be fair the owner advised we park in paid car park one block away but I was shocked at how brazen the thief was, smashed window under a street light.

A little cumbersome, no contact check in. Only via text, not possible to talk to anyone. Also, i had a confirmation of booking for 3 people yet we paid another 25 euro for the 3rd person. Maybe this was the fault of booking.com reservation but still, it was a negative experience.

Unable to change from heat to air condition despite asking. Mid-OCT visit so 70 degrees Faherheit outside. As such, room was warm. Also, while room was spotless and large, the sheets and pillow cases were rough and felt like burlap. The room temp and sheets made for a poor night's rest.

Location was ideal, minutes from main plazas.

Location is great! Communicating with the host was easy and we received all information in time, even with a last minute booking. The apartment is clean, the kitchen is well equipped and the windows have automatic external shades .
