The building is not clean, the toilet, shower and lavatory was not clean. The aircon is very old, it does not make the room cooler and the water drops into the head of my son during the night in sleeping time. The curtains were not presentable. The balcony was very dirty specially the table. (they said, after 3 days they change the towels) but they only change 2 big towels. The breakfast is very simple and not enough. My Son doesn't drink coffee and I have to order juice for him and pay extra for his drink 👎 You should do something to improve this place because actually it is a nice area.

The place is good because near to Vatican, Vatican Museum, restaurants, the Metro and Bus are near.

We were a bit disappointed as we had to go to cafeterias in the morning to have a mere breakfast ( we were given a token to show it .) Besides the balcony was left dirty and we couldn't make use of it.

It is located near all amenities and even the metro. There are also cafeterias nearby and churches. Also not so far from the Vatican.

Checking in was confusing, the property manager didn’t pick up the phone and had left no directions on what to do. When he finally called back he was mean and very short tempered. He told us to send our passports over WhatsApp but never confirmed his number. Finally, the door code was not set properly on arrival and we were told to try again ~10 times before he finally used the app to set it correctly. As we were vacating the next guests were also struggling to check in. Additionally, couldn’t find the the kitchen, AC barely functioned, super loud metro rumble every few minutes, curtains didn’t block a lot of light, lots of noise from other guests, pillows were very thin

There was no presence at the reception. Many times bells were ringing at the night and in one case my wife had to open the door for other guests!!! The "breakfast" was only a corissent and a hot drink (we had to pay extra for various hot drinks) No breakfast was available at the last day No shampoo was in the bathroom The rooms were not cleaned (except of making the bed and replacing some towels) It is not a real hotel (we were misled)!!!

I was asked to select a check in time and I selected between 10-11am. The person didn't show up till 11:30am and room was not even cleaned. The day we left, check out was at 11am and someone came knocking on the door at 10am. Cleanliness was not in detailed. Shower door flimsy, shower floor moves its like you are surfing. Everything stained in bathroom.

Location was central but apart from that I was not impressed at all. Simple. A lot things that were listed in room were not there.

Every single time we opened a window insects came inside. They were small insects but it still upset us it was not nice. I'd advice putting on a fly screen or something because we couldn't open the windows to change the air.

The location was very close to the subway and the shower was quick to change temperature.

I wouldn’t recommend this apartment at all. It was awful. When we called the number - that was given to us we asked how to enter the apartment. The man on the telephone was really angry and unfriendly. I couldn’t proper understand him and couldn’t answer his question immediately so he angrily said „when I ask something I want to get an answer“. He was really mean the whole time. When we finally got into the apartment it was really dirty and disgusting. In the shower were hairs and even on the bed were black hairs. The balcony was absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

Unclear instructions upon arrival and rudeness of staff. Cleaning was done every other day but only to replace towels and take out trash in the bathroom. Dust and debris was everywhere in the room.

I strongly advise against it. I arrived at the apartment at noon. I had previously given the owner my arrival time. I could not get into the apartment. There is no code, no key. There is no reception. I called the owner, he did not answer my question about how to enter the apartment. He was aggressive. He said he would cancel the reservation, even though it was non-refundable. Another tourist who was inside let me in. The room smelled, dirty. Lack of amenities listed in the description.

Extremely rude, aggressive and disrespectful host, we got shouted at and were threatened because of temporary card payment issues. The floor of the balcony was very dirty and we didn't get the slippers that were supposed to be provided. There were outdated instructions on the table for how to get breakfast, which meant that we missed getting breakfast on 3 out of 4 mornings. Linens and towels were not changed, contrary to the information left in the room. Don't recommend staying here!

Neighbourhood wasn't touristy and it was located close to the Vatican.

I recently stayed at this B&B in Rome and had a THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. The place was FILTHY and poorly maintained. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE TO ANYONE. You can see from the photos the level of dirtiness in the so-called "mini-apartment". The most appalling item was the blue chair, which looked as if someone had been sick on it. Furthermore, the host was an absolutely disgusting individual with an arrogant, pedantic, and disrespectful behavior, which made the stay not only unpleasant but also quite unsettling.

It is near to the Cipro metro station, but take care because of drunk people around the station at night

We didn't like the stay,everything was dirty and dusty. The communication with the owner was Minimum and Not pleasent to be honest,we had to pay the tax 24€ because we were late ,then we had to pay for the parking even though it Said on the site that this stay includes parking and I have Said that we are driving there ,and when my husband asked him again when we arrived, where can we park ,He was like ,,oh so you are with a car ?"... We were late because of the Traffic and we even Said that to him before 00:00 o 'clock ,He even Said that He was gonna cancel our stay,then later on when we spoke on the Phone He Said the best Thing He can do is 10 o'clock in the morning ,and that we should be "Grateful" for what He is doing for us . After he Said that, we were actually thinking about canceling it ,but we were to tired so we went along with the Deal. He didn't even Show Up when we arrived in the morning and He Said that we meet there at 10 o' clock,we waited For him ,Texted him from 10 o'clock nothing ... Then finnaly at somewhere around 10:30 we called him again and He answered so we can move Forward with the Check in finnaly Entering the room. So that's basicly it ,there were more situations that were Bad but then I would spend the whole Day writing this review. One of the worst experiences ever .

I'm wondering where to start... First of all DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMODATION! Before the trip they don't replay on any message on booking, than i called the owner or manager, he was so rude, unpolite and very arrogant, somehow we made a confirmation for check in 10:30. When we arrived in front of the building, we waited 1 hour and no one came, although he was not answering the phone... so we called him from Italian number he answered and he started shouting "what you want?!" "Go now at the door call me from you number, if you are not there go sleep wherever you want and hang-up" We did how he said.. finaly he open the door by phone.. and the cleaning lady was upstairs..(no english) she give us the keys and when we saw the room.. no tiny coresponding with pictures, everything was old and dusty.. no light, no air.. bed were so uncomfortable.. and not ever cleaned, only bed sheets and towels were new.. Noice from everywhere, you can hear all other room when they speak, go to toilet, alarm's. People all day and night are knocking and ringning the bell, so you can't sleeep.
