I stayed for 3 nights in this wonderful apartment just a 10-minute walk from Verona’s historic center, in a lovely neighborhood with a park right below. The apartment was excellent, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. But what truly made my stay special was the host — he was absolutely amazing! He welcomed me warmly, treated me better than a five-star hotel, and was always friendly, polite, and ready to help. He showed me all the city’s highlights on a map and even recommended the best spots for pizza and gelato. I am truly grateful for his hospitality and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Verona!

Very friendly host, he gibes a lot of information about Verona and other tips. The appartment is quiet, large and clean rooms, walking distance to the city center. Also good bus connections, busstop just around the corner.

Very nice, clean place, very close to the city center. Only 8min walk from the center. The host was very helpful. He contacted us via whatsapp right after booking and we were in constant contact regarding both arrival and any questions or tips on how to get around the city.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely outlook through large windows to the park opposite. Having an on-site shared kitchen ( great coffee machine) was a bonus, with a supermarket a 5 minute walk away. The location is quiet and gracious and an easy 10-15 minute walk to the ancient city. Gianluca was an excellent, friendly host who communicated readily and was very helpful with directions and advice about places to go and sites to see. We thoroughly recommend the property.

Everything was great, nothing we didn't like! Just a note that street parking in the area is not free on Monday-Friday. A re-fillable soap dispenser would be better and more environmentally friendly in the bathroom (shower and sink) instead of small pouches of shower gel and tiny soap bars, but still these were available in abundance so just a suggestion. Breakfast is not included but plenty of options for a coffee and a pastry in one of the cafes on the way to the city centre.

This first-floor property is located in a very quiet and safe area just a short walk away from the Arena, central Verona, and all important amenities, all available within 10-15 minutes' walk. The room was absolutely spotless, great décor, very comfortable bed, large en-suite bathroom with fully working shower. The host was very friendly and welcomed us at our arrival, even if we were a bit late, giving us lots of tips and info to make the most of our short stay in Verona. Would definitely book again if visiting Verona in future!

Two small sachet of shower gel wasn't enough for two people for 2 days :(

Host is the best person I've see in my life! He gave us a map and pointed really important attractions, plus explained where are the best restaurants and gave a couple of his personal recommendations (absolutely amazing places). If I will go to Verona again - this is the only one place I'll stay.

Friendly host. Our room was clean, bright and comfortable with large, private bathroom. Use of shared kitchen, including coffee machine which was very much appreciated each morning. Reasonably quiet location, about 20 mins walk from historic centre.

Only one blanket, which might be annoying for stays with partners. Also, some of the sockets have loose contacts. Thats only a mild inconvenience though.

The host welcomes you with a map and a lot of good advice for what to see and where to go to eat. Very clean rooms, with nice themes and large beds. Fast WIFI.
