Love location, great apartment .

You need to have a mobile data to open the door. Can’t enter if you don’t have an internet. It would be nice to have at least a cup to have a tea and couple wine glasses.

Great location, clean, good value, helpful and available staff.

There’s a nice kitchen but didn’t find a moka pot, glasses, plates etc which would have been nice for breakfast.

online checkin was complicated. using your phone as a remote control to open the appartement doors was good but it was very unclear in the checkin procedure how that works.

The location is awesome we stayed in Vicolo Tre Marchetti and is right behind the Arena, as shown in the photo here on Booking.

The shower and tap in the bathroom didn’t work properly. Impossible to wash long hair.

Location was incredible, the apartment had clearly been recently renovated.

There was quite a strong smell of damp present in our bedroom but it was stronger in the bathroom. The instructions to get into the property are incredibly confusing. When I asked for help the owner was not very helpful just directing me to Vikey without explaining what that was.

Dirty floors, outside light on balcony broken, oven doesn't work, VERY confusing instructions on how to get in. When asking the host for help, they just tell you to read the Vikey app. But the app is confusing. The host bombards you with multiple long messages coming up to your trip which means you have to scroll through walls of text to find the important information. My advice is keep it brief for future guests!! You are in an apartment sharing with other guests, would not have booked if this was mentioned on the booking.

Excellent location, comfortable beds and clean apartment. Great communication with property managers to resolve issues and communicate.

Roller shutters in one room didn't close, no kitchen equipment at all for our family with kids (no cutlery, crockery etc). Oven and stove top not working. Not clear that the studio apartment was not in the same building or street as the 2 bedroom apartment so our group was split. Use of mobile always to enter the building was tiresome and the last day automated system to enter did not work.

In the beginning we struggled to check in but luckily we communicated with the employee and figured it out. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable but we were promised access to the porch but that never happened.

The instruction on how to enter the location is really complicated. Also there was too many messages from the property making finding important information even harder

Excellent location, very easy access to central Verona and supermarkets. Quiet area and easy to sleep

Shared kitchen area had dirty glassware and not many items to use. A bottle opener would’ve been a great addition

The internet connection was poor in the evenings two days in a row, also in some mornings. It was half working half not - even if we were restarting the router, maybe when more people connects it influences connection The smell of canalization was quite intense Since there was kitchen would have been nice to have there to boil water or have some cutlery, cups, or working oven

Perfect location, clean. You’ll have a perfect view of the arena. Everything is next to you

The sound insulation is so bad and the neighbors are very busy day and night. They play TV to the loudest until past midnight. I couldn’t sleep properly the whole stay which affected my mood there. It’s a shame cause the apartment is great

The location is incredible, you are one minute away from the Arena di Verona. The room is clean and nice, you get a balcony and a private bathroom, and air conditioning. The key/ locking system is convoluted but it made the place feel secure, especially since you share it with other people.

There were bare minimum small amenities in the kitchen and we couldn't figure out how to turn the stove on to boil water (induction.)
