online checkin was complicated. using your phone as a remote control to open the appartement doors was good but it was very unclear in the checkin procedure how that works.

The shower and tap in the bathroom didn’t work properly. Impossible to wash long hair.

Roller shutters in one room didn't close, no kitchen equipment at all for our family with kids (no cutlery, crockery etc). Oven and stove top not working. Not clear that the studio apartment was not in the same building or street as the 2 bedroom apartment so our group was split. Use of mobile always to enter the building was tiresome and the last day automated system to enter did not work.

Excellent location, comfortable beds and clean apartment. Great communication with property managers to resolve issues and communicate.

In the beginning we struggled to check in but luckily we communicated with the employee and figured it out. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable but we were promised access to the porch but that never happened.

The internet connection was poor in the evenings two days in a row, also in some mornings. It was half working half not - even if we were restarting the router, maybe when more people connects it influences connection The smell of canalization was quite intense Since there was kitchen would have been nice to have there to boil water or have some cutlery, cups, or working oven

There were bare minimum small amenities in the kitchen and we couldn't figure out how to turn the stove on to boil water (induction.)

The location is incredible, you are one minute away from the Arena di Verona. The room is clean and nice, you get a balcony and a private bathroom, and air conditioning. The key/ locking system is convoluted but it made the place feel secure, especially since you share it with other people.

My father is blind and is a larger man. The shower was a bit small for him but worked well. The process to access the room was a bit confusing but we happened to meet our roommates at the door to help us understand part of how to get inside. It was not super clear to us that we would be sharing an apartment in separate locking rooms but it didn't impact our visit. The pillows and towels left something to be desired but it was fine for a quick rest.

Couldn't ask for a better location, close to the arena and everywhere we wanted to walk to. Room was enough for 3 people to sleep comfortably, considering that's all we wanted to do.

The kitchen had a cooker that refused to light even when tried by another guest The was hardly any utensils or crockery .And the bathroom needs some modernising.becaus it's in a "tired state:.

All the room smelled like curry always. It did not matter how long we stayed with the windows opened. The scent of curry did not leave. (La habitación olía a curry y no importaba lo mucho que la ventilabas, no se iba)

Bathroom was private but out of the room and all the time you need to gi in the bathroom, you should open bedroom door, then bathroom door with keys... and lso it was very smell of canLization and bathroom.

Room was good. Clean and lovely. Flat very lovely. Balcony was soo good, I was in love ❤️ Adress was fantastic. The centre of centre. Near was everything. ❤️

The property needs a renovation and better maintenance. Many things are broken. Shower handle is very bad. In the kitchen you can’t find a glass for the water. The stuff is sending a mile’s long messages with instructions and without your cellphone and internet you can’t enter the apartment. So if you’re tourist and you don’t have internet or your battery is dead, you can’t enter the apartment. I didn’t see so not clever thing so far and I am traveling a lot.

At our room Duchi 1, the bathroom was outside the room, so we needed to walk into a common space (not so comfortable) to go to our personal bathroom. The other guests could had access to the balcony that our room had, so one night we had to listen they voices speaking ( they was on balcony). You could listen all the noise of your next room. The room was small with a double small bed(not so comfy) but was ok, warm, clean.

Location 10/10 by 1 min walking you were on the arena .

The room was too cold. Could not turn on AC to heat.There was no blanket. Very bad, mouldy smell in the bathroom. There was no kettle in the kitchen.

Check in was awful , couldn’t get in until 3.30pm and the virtual key system .hmmm . This was terrible , stayed in 5 different air BB on this trip and this was the worst one for check in and getting into property . No plates , kettle , glasses or cups but dishwasher very bizarre. We weren’t eating in apartment so was an issue for us .Bathroom could do with a bit of attention.

The common space is shared. The pull out sofa bed was not very comfortable. The check in process was the most difficult and confusing check in I'd ever experienced. I had to submit my passport information multiple times on different platforms and it is never made clear why. It is also not clear that the check in process is how you get a virtual key. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND if you do not have data in this location because the key is virtual and I don't know how I would have gotten in or called the staff for help without international data.

The space is very nice. The air conditioning was excellent and the location is perfect as it is right next to the arena.
