👉 One small suggestion: the access road has quite a few potholes and could benefit from being paved — it would make the arrival experience even more pleasant!

For us everything was perfect:the apartment, breakfast, staff! We would like to come again! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful agriturismo! The place is peaceful, full of charm, and surrounded by stunning nature — the perfect escape from the city. The road could be bumpy sometimes.

It was a dream. Amazing! The staff was great. The owner was amazing. The Chef was outstanding. The Agriturismo San Rocco was a pleasure to return to daily. It is close to everything, but far enough away to lose yourself. I love this place.

I cannot think of anything that I did not like. Until I got used to it, a couple of times the clock tower bell took me by surprise!

This hotel or Agriturismo is amazing. It is out in the countryside, yet close to everything. There is an amazing old chruch next door and the clock tower chimes on the house, every hour until 8 or 9pm. It is lovely. The property is located on several acres and the staff is amazing. The owner, Francesco, is amazing. Always with a smile.

Perfect place and service. Ideal country location close to Pistoia to travel by train to Firenze centre. Large gardens and large pool. Restaurant recommended. Nice large apartments with equiped kitchen, decorated with care. Ideally for families with children as well.

Very beautiful location! Feels like a hidden gem in Pistoia. The staff was so nice and welcoming, no matter the request. Their own restaurant also served amazing food and their own wine is a must try! I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the region!

So much! The hosts were friendly and helpful. We were looking for a relaxing stay and we definitely got one. In the heat of summer, the airconditioning was sufficiently cool (unlike many other accommodations in Italy). The pool was perfect. Large enough with sunbeds around and with a fantastic view. Fantastic location - close enough by car to Pistoia, Prato, Pisa, Florence and plenty of small towns nearby. Francesco was super helpful with all the tips and recommendations to make our day trips very fruitful. Highly recommend a stay here :)

The views of the countryside were spectacular, set on a rural property surrounded by grape vines and olive trees with the ability to walk freely around the area. The Villa was well appointed with a large pool, breakfast and dinner available in the on-site restaurant. The suite was spacious, clean with a Tuscan decor. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. A short ten minute drive you have access to a shopping centre and a further ten minutes to the centre is Pistoia. Easy access to the expressway. Plenty of free parking.
