A very peaceful beautiful place to be. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The shower has hot water and the apartment is absolutely clean. The host is very friendly and welcoming. We recommend to come by car. The town and the beautiful beaches are a short drive by car away. A beautiful place to stay around Alghero.

Perfect location in a quiet area, that is at the same time so close to the city. Clean appartment with a lot of space for leisure. Beautiful terrace with an access to the garden. Ideal place for the weekend. Looking forward to visiting this place again!

The AC could be better. The one in the bedroom didn't work.

Good location to visit Alghero (if one didn’t want to stay in town) or the North West of the island. However, it is in the middle of nowhere, a car required to reach anything (shop, restaurants…)

The pictures on booking.com looked far nicer than the actual property. The gardens around the house needed a lot of work and the bathroom and kitchen have seen better times.

It is a spacious apartment, almost everything you need is there. We were absolutely only guests over there at the time, so it was very quiet, we do recommend absolutely.

There was lack of communication with whoever was in charge of the property. They never answered on any of my messages, never left any instructions about where to get the key, where to leave the key (luckily I was able to call upon arrival) plus a puppy 🐶, there is a baby, dog puppy that no one was looking for 😰, to feed him or give water, the last day we noticed someone in the neighbourhood that doggie seemed to be happy to see. So we left with the hope that someone is taking care of him. We named him Francesco.

A good location for exploring the southern part of the island.

On the first day, ants got into our bread, so we decided to store all of our food in the refrigerator.

The fridge and the freezer were very big.

Almost everything. Giovanni is the worst host that we ever met. Didn't reply at our request (that were to have another WC paper roll and a washing dish soap, because there wasn't any), and only appeared the last night to charge the bill, without reply us about everything we request and without asking us nothing about our stay. The appartment was old, full of insects like ants, mosquitoes and spiders. The clean was also poor. The air-conditioning controller did not work, and the coffee machine didn't work very well... The location is quite far of the tourist atraction, like Alghero or beaches, so you must need a car for stay in these appartments.

It is located in a wonderful environment, surrounded by a real farm and a really nice garden. I would highlight the silence and tranquility, and the proximity both of the airport and the city of Alghero. The kitchen is well equipped, and there is also a washing machine, and airconditioning in both of the two rooms. To every apartment belongs a terrace. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

The bed was uncomfortable, and the sofa in the living room seemed to be really old and it wasn't comfortable either. With some modernization and a little more attention, it can be turned into a wonderful place - I mean the burnt out light bulb and the lack of the hanger in the bathroom, a new sofa, more thorough cleaning (overall it was clean but there were uncomfortable imperfections in the bath and in the kitchen)
