Too bad the wifi doesn't work well. When paying at the bar, the person had to try several times because of the wifi. So, the time was a bit long during breakfast.

The location is beautiful with mountain views from the pool. The place is very relaxing and the room very clean.

The breakfast is “a la carte” and takes to long to be delivered. We had to change rooms due to some booking incident.

Despite serving good snacks and breakfast, the property does not have a fully functional kitchen to serve dinner which we would have loved to experience considering the stunning views.

The location was beautiful with Mountain views and close vicinity to the beach. There were plenty excursions close by as well as a few small towns with good restaurants which we went to for dinners.

We enjoyed our stay a lot, spending half a day near the swimming pool and travelling to beautiful beaches of Cala Gonone after lunch. Double bedroom room is ideal for family with teenagers. Very comfy beds and daily cleaning. Tasty breakfast. Definitely we'll be back. Recommended.

The bed was uncomfortable and there was only one type of pillow. The towels were changed every 3 days, if you wanted them changed more frequently then you had a surcharge for that. I'm Sardinian but living abroad, so I visited some hotels and honestly, this was an annoying point for me. If you ask for a hotel-like rate (140$ per night), be prepared to match it in services. Mind there's no option for paying with a credit card and they don't give receipts at the bar when paying in cash (and no, there's no mention of the receipt neither at the checkout). Also, they had a lot of adorable kittens all around but not much food for them, that was sad to see. We tried our best by giving a little donation to a cleaning lady so she could buy some food on our behalf but I feel that's something I was not expecting to see from such a nice place.

The place was pretty and the pool was amazing, very clean, and surrounded by a mountain view. They also have a very convenient and fairly priced bar in front of the pool. Amazing breakfast too!! It was all homemade and there was a huge variety of products, both sweet and savory. They know what they're doing food-wise. We also liked the kitty cats and donkeys.

We travelled all over Sardinia island and spent three wonderful days here. During our travels we have never found such beautiful accommodation as here. The view!!!, the cosy and clean accommodation, the well-kept surroundings that were in harmony with nature. I loved our little house with the veranda the most, it had such flair and style. The lady was so very nice, helped us with everything whenever she could. The pool was absolutely TOP. And the breakfast, OMG, without a single mistake.

The standard rooms are basic but clean and functional and even have mosquito nets for the windows. The star of the property is the pool area (still open end of Sept.) with loungers and a view to the valley and mountains. Friendly staff.

The coffee is really disappointing. In every little bar on the island, the coffee is great, but here, it was undrinkable. Very disappointing especially because the rest of the breakfast is good.

We were super stoked to go to this spot. But it ended up being our least favorite of all our stays in Sardinia. "Mountain view" mostly blocked by an olive tree Bathroom smelled terribly (they said due to rain) Kitchen not practicle (cutlery was stored in the oven) Closet space not practicle. Animal area due to barbed wires not fun for kids, sheep were far away. No toilet paper at public toilets. No refill at the appartement either. They want you to wash your own cups and plates, but don't provide any soap or materials to do so. So when we arrived we had dirty sticky cups from the previous renter. Swimming pool only opens at 10 in the morning.

The amazing view & swimming pool area are a very very big plus.

The room is small, and when we arrived the fridge was not working. Also the restaurant was closed, we figured that out when we did the check in. The bed was very uncomfortable (hard). And we had to ask, after 3 nights, for new towels. The airco was not smelling well, and didn't work well.

This is a very below-average standard accommodation. It is not worth the prices they are charging. It is a caravan park-style venue. The rooms are very basic and the beds small and uncomfortable. Definitely not what we were expecting after reading reviews and seeing the pictures online.
