That the reception didn't answer their phone and there weren't enough charging spots for Type C plug.

That they cleaned our room every night. There was a restaurant, a playground and our semi-detached hut had a porch.

The rooms were simple and clean. The restaurant boasted local ingredients and authentic local flavors. Very impressed with the wine and staff very friendly.

Everything would be beyond expectation but in the middle of our stay there came the guests in the nearby cottage who had a dog and the nights were not so calm as I expected. It wasn't the owner's dog which one was calm and gentle.

It is a perfect place for visitors who like exploring the sites around Rome. In the summer it must be beautiful. There is a big parking, a restaurant and many places to sit and take a rest. If the local cuisine is a bit too heavy, there are supermarkets in the city. We visited the place twice. For the first time we had a newer house for a couple of days, that was smaller so it was easier to heat. Later we spent only one night and we had a cottage in the other part of the area.

It was a last minute booking. This is a farmhouse where they produce wine, has a restaurant and rooms to stay. Its definitely my taste. I like agritourismo properties and in Italy I stayed at similar properties many times. I love it. Very affordable price.

The breakfast is awful, only sweet things and if you ask for some bread or salad food they say it is possible only with an extra price... that was not clear. Internet was poor, very poor

Despite there even being a sign in the room with the wifi code, there was no wifi. I even asked if there was a slight problem with the router etc, but they confessed there is simply no wifi in the building. In the main restaurant which is where the reception is, there is wifi but very weak. There was something moving around in the roof at night! It should be expected being in the countryside, but it did wake me up twice. Take mosquito spray, you will need it! This I have found to be the case everywhere in Italy this year.

Low cost; for a night not too far from Rome or a major airport, the price was very fair. Lots of cakes at breakfast! It was quiet, far enough away from the town so one had the feeling of being in the countryside. The apartments are based next to 2 football pitches. Being a football fan, I was fine with it and found it actually quite a novelty. People looking for a quiet stay may be agitated by kids playing training. The nearest town is a stone's throw away - lively from 18:00 too which was a nice taste of Italien life. You would not think it as teh apartments seem remote.

My second time staying here. This no longer seems like an “agriturismo” as they have built multiple soccer fields in the middle. One room had a clogged shower drain which we alerted the staff to on the first day, was still clogged the next day, therefore we were unable to use the shower. Breakfast was overpriced and rushed. They were very busy over a weekend with children’s soccer games and restaurant diners.

Close to family in Genzano. Most economical place to stay.

Wifi in the rooms did not work. (The one in the restaurant was good.) Mattress needs changing & a lot of water flows out of the shower cubicle, even with the best of efforts positioning the shower curtain.

The wifi was bad and l think the location has internet issues, I couldn’t even connect to the internet using my own personal data/3G.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were all friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The accommodation features its own beautiful restaurant, where we had dinner—delicious food at great prices. I highly recommend trying it out. The location is convenient, with a Euro Spin supermarket just 7 minutes away on foot, and a bus stop 15 minutes away. It's also only a 20-minute walk to the city center, where we dined at Mascelloni restaurant, which also had delicious food and great prices.Highly recommended. Overall, a wonderful stay with everything we needed nearby!

We actually stayed here at first day in our trip I booked this one twice with another booking trying to find somewhere safe to stay but the transport closed after a certain time so it couldn't get there BUT don't let that info take you away from it, there's a old converted stable where we stayed and it was amazing very comfy and a restaurant and brekky on site

It is a poorly rennovated barn with a better potential. The bed felt like it was re discoverd from a junkyard. The grounds are unkept.

Please keep in mind that reception may be a bit spotty and that it is a 15-20min walk from the bus stop. There is a supermarket (cheap alcohol) but if you're driving there's parking so no stress, the train is a 10 min drive so make sure you have a way in and out PLAN FOR IT

It was a good cute lil farmstay. Comfy, and the old stables converted into rooms were where we stayed. Loved the brekky and the restaurant and the entire energy of the place 😍
