No AC. They do have fans, and it does help, but depending on how hot it is, it can be an issue.

Very pleasant agriturismo in Umbria. On top of a hill with nice views, surrounded by nature. Close to Umbertide (by car). Great swimming pool. Breakfast is your typical homemade italian colazione (big portion of cakes, cornetti, yougurt and coffee). The room was spacious and well equipped, including a kitchen with appliances. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

Nothing - all was exceptional

Really lovely host who stayed up late for our arrival as our flight was delayed. Amazing rooms, super clean, very spacious and very well designed just a shame we were only there for 2 nights! Felt like home 🙂⭐️

Tall people may have to pay attention not to bang their heads against a roof joist/beam.

Carefully renovated rural houses, some of which 500 years old. Located in a wooded and hilly landscape, it is bit off center, but has good roads that lead to the property. Ideal for relaxing and hiking in the surroundings.

Super owners, nice, helpful. I would rate them 11 of 10:) Organized a few trips for us. The place is wonderful, natural beauty, mountains, quiet. The views from the windows are superb. The apartments are clean and comfortable. Pool is great. I don't want to leave.

Our stay at this charming apartment in Italy was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the beauty that surrounded me. Speaking of the surroundings, the view of the mountains from the apartment was simply breathtaking. The romantic charm of the buildings added a touch of nostalgia to the overall experience. The architecture exuded a sense of history and authenticity, making me feel like I had stepped into a timeless Italian fairytale. The attention to detail in every corner of the property was evident, and I truly appreciated the effort put into creating such a delightful ambiance. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the warm and hospitable host. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine friendliness and made to feel right at home. The host went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay.

Hilltop retreat in area of outstanding natural beauty. Flora and fauna amazing. Our accommodation opened directly onto pool area with our own large seating area all shaded with a large parasol. Beautiful pool with idyllic views.

Everything was perfect!

Wonderful location despite the weather. We couldn't use the pool due to rain, however there were board games to entertain our kids. Super welcoming and friendly staff!

First thing that comes to mind with Monte Acuto is thoughtful - the owners/hosts are thoughtful, the restoration of the 500 year old property is extremely thoughtful, the layout is thoughtful, the breakfast was thoughtful. You feel cared for, like staying with family. This is the cleanest Agriturismo I have ever stayed at - impeccable grounds. Grazie mille 10/10
