While the shared common spaces might be a bonus for those traveling in groups or with friends and looking forward to meet strangers, we found it a bit less ideal as a couple seeking privacy. If we were to return with friends, though, it would be absolutely perfect. One small point of difficulty was the toilet in our unit, which was designed for disabled access. As able-bodied guests, my wife and I found it a bit awkward to use comfortably.

A great base for exploring Tuscany with a few caveats for couples. We really enjoyed our stay at Agriturismo Luna d’Oro. The location is fantastic – peaceful, scenic, and perfectly situated for exploring this beautiful part of Tuscany. The property offers good value for money, with clean and well-maintained facilities. The owners were professional and clearly know how to run their business well. They were more than helpful and made sure things ran smoothly during our stay. Overall, Luna d’Oro is a lovely place to stay and an excellent base for discovering southern Tuscany.

It’s necessary some improvements at the kitchen(appliances and linens) for exemple: dishcloths and placemats and coffee press or coffee machine.

The owner is very nice and friendly! I loved the sausage dogs!! The location is amazing! The room is the same as the photos on the website.

It was very quiet and comfortable atmosphere. We especially liked the pool and the surroundings, and that the pool was with salt water. The host was also very nice and the breakfast was amazing (especially given the price).

Perfect Beautiful house in the heart of Toscany. Close to Pienza, Montepulciano and Siena. Super pool with lovely views. Breakfast top class- everyone will get sweet or salty food.

Gigliola e Dario's place is simply dreamy! I'd stay there for weeks if I could! They are incredibly nice and the place is exceptionally gorgeous. They prepare you delicious breakfast and the location is just a few mins to Pienza old town. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I were to visit again!

It was a little complicated to be with a dog as area is not fenced and entrance was almost directly to the street, but it depends on the room. Also there are not so many privacy and sound isolation, as our room window was to the street and washing room. Also room was small with shared kitchen/living room.

Location is perfect to visit all main cities as Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino. Also wonderful location because of views to take a walk or cycling. Hosts are very welcome and caring: enviroment like a home.

Our host Gigliola and her husband were the kindest people that ever hosted us! I have an eye for details, for beauty and interior design, for comfort, and their place captured the most beautiful spirit of Tuscany! I couldn’t recommend Agriturismo Lunadoro enough!

Everything! There was so much to like - the location, the views, the pool, the comfortable bed. Not to mention the hospitality of Gigliola and her sweet puppies! We will come back for sure and recommend Lunadoro to anyone looking for a stay in this region.

Our stay at Agriturismo Lunadoro exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect: the location, the grounds (trees, flowers, nature), room comfort, amazing pool, delicious breakfast, and most importantly the friendliest and kindest hosts. It was closer to the road than we had imagined. There could be better sound isolation in the rooms.

The owners, particularly Gigliola whom we contacted with the most, are extremely nice and welcoming. The breakfast is amazing and the view from the back of the house was incredible, like a postcard. The rooms are very well decorated and the apartment’s kitchen is very well equipped.

Great location, there are many attractions nearby (by car or by bike) Very quit and peaceful, close to nature. Many opportunities for recreation/relaxation : outdoor pool, wellnes, good wines. Helpful owners in everything.

The facilities are not wheelchair accessible, despite the advertisement saying so. It was possible to stay there after adaptations and a lot of effort.

The breakfast had some options for a low price but the coffee was bad and the jars of jam/honey served in our table were previously used by other guests.The same jars were served to different tables until they finish.This is very unhygienic.The entire property definitely looked much better in the photos.we were quite disappointed when we arrived.The building,the room and the breakfast area looked more beautiful andd luxurious in the photos.The property was ok but the high review score was misleading.Also the ventilation in the barthroom was too noisy.
