Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

LuxembourgThis was an amazing experience. We had the tent room and it was better than anticipated. It was big, clean and even chilly with the AC in the summer heat. The hosts were great and their transportation system for the baggage was very original and just added to the vibe.

NetherlandsAlessandra gave us a ride from the station to the Agriturismo in her brilliant Ape car. From there, together with Marco & Lorenzo, she made our stay very pleasant. Professional but homely. Breakfast was great, but also makes it more disappointing that their restaurant is closed. The tent was more than we’ve expected, solid and robust. Little fridge, coffee machine and nice bathroom. Views are stellar and a nice seating area outside. Airconditioning was very well working as well. Beach is a 10 minute walk, the town 15. For us, fit 26 year olds, the walk down was a welcome daily exercise in between meals. Without a car, we managed to visit every town in the neighbourhood with public transport or walking. We had great stay, thanks again.

DenmarkOne of the most enjoyable nights we have had. We were very satisfied with everything. An extraordinary experience staying in this room. The breakfast is very delicious, the man serving does an exceptionally good job. We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely come back ourselves.

United StatesWe stayed in the tent which was really glamping and it was lovely! The bed was comfortable, there was a little sitting area with a small frig, the bathroom was roomy enough and it was just a great spot. Please know that you have to be steady on your feet to get to the tent, though, and while there is a tram to take you and your luggage up to the B&B, there is a good amount of walking needed especially if you walk into town. But, the view is spectacular, the breakfast was delicious and both Marco and Lorenzo were so nice, helpful and just delightful. We like "different" places to stay and this was it! It was raining the 2nd day although we would have enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Highly recommend!

United StatesI really enjoyed everything about Le Pale. I hope one day to come back!
Le Pale is a beautiful farm overlooking a very interesting stretch of the coast. The farm itself was fun to explore - lots of plants and little nooks and places to sit. Our tent accommodation was surprisingly comfortable. It cooled down well, and we both had a very deep sleep. We stopped here during a hiking trip before a long leg to San Fruttuoso, so the sleep was very much needed. The best part though in my opinion was the breakfast. Very good bread, yogurt, jam, fruits, ham - and much of made at Le Pale. I was very impressed and really enjoyed it. Finally, the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. They helped us find the place and accommodated all of our needs. Highly recommend! A tip: there’s an incredible restaurant called Ristorante Pizzeria Lo Scalo within walking distance. Very very good pizza and pasta. Plus it’s a beautiful walk. If you make a reservation, you can have a table on an open air patio facing the water.

SwedenParts of the facility were a bit shabby. The gym was doubtful, dome of the outdoor furniture (sunchairs etc) broken or dirty. Maybe because this was pre-season, but still.
Interesting place, nice room, friendly staff, absolutely stunning view

NetherlandsYou can park your car for free at a parking lot at ~60m elevation and then have to walk for another 30m elevation. If you are quite fit, not a problem. If not, it might be a challenge to get down and up every day. They do have a monorail to take your bags upon arrival and departure.
The room was called la mimosa and located at 90m elevation with a beautiful view of sea and hill. it was feast for our eyes every morning waking up to a blue sea and sky. The family grows almost everything themselves and have chickens. So they make their own Ravioli, pesto, pasta and brood. So, you can eat dinner there (with extra pay). We had dinner for two nights and it was super good.

United StatesIt was not clear when I booked that my room was a tent - it is the only tent on the property, the rest are rooms with walls. As a woman alone that felt somewhat insecure. Its isolation might be great for honeymooners. The train to climb the hill is only available until 7:30 so I had a hike down and back up several flights of stairs over uneven terrain to meet my friend for dinner. This property appears to work best for those who are staying put and eating at their restaurant. It looks like it is set up for family holidays (playground and pool). It is not a good choice for a solo traveler who has business in the town of Bogliasco.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
