It is located up a hill - good for fitness - the spectacular views are definitely the reward! The slope means the outside area is terraced the outside space is not always directly outside the apartment. However, each has clearly allocated private space.

A lovely property located in beautiful gardens. Stunning views of the sea and bay. Wonderful to have a swimming pool in the grounds and also the beach just a short walk away. Super clean and comfortable apartment with well equipped kitchen.

- just to be aware the walk from Alassio centre to this property is extremely uphill and the walk is difficult. Taxis are extremely expensive (3 minutes cost us €20) Solution: couldn’t recommend Scooter and Bike Rental Alassio more as this saves the trouble of the price and wait for taxis and the E-bikes made the hill no problem. - closely look at which apartment you are booking as there are many different apartments on the complex without the view. -sofa in the apartment is not comfortable!

Information: - in summer holidays beach gets full quickly so go early. Sunbeds are €35 for two all day. - 90% of restaurants are seafood and get full quickly at peak times - would be helpful to have taxi information in the welcome booklet.

It is quite a long walk into Alassio, so not for those who are not good on their legs. The bed was very squeaky! Mattress comfortable but a new bed frame needed.

The location was stunning, you could see a clear view of Alassio Stunning view from the pool and hot tub too!

The appartement had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the pool and bubble bath. It's just a kilometer or 2 to walk from the beach and village.

Difficult to access from the main road. To the extent that I was reluctant to go out in the car for fear of damaging the side of the car on the narrow road /walls. We had apartment 1 which did not have a great sunbathing area. However, the sun beds were moved when requested with no issues. The apartment was neatly renovated, but I do feel they could have a much better quality sofa bed as it was very uncomfortable when sleeping on.

Beautiful location, grounds with gorgeous views. Apartment was well appointed and very clean with lots of towels. Use of a washing machine with detergent if needed. Kitchen utensils and basic condiments, tea and coffee supplied - much appreciated!

The top floor apartment we had, had sloping ceiling throughout with very little full height headroom. Had to walk around constantly crouching and still banging my head. I am of a normal height of 1.84 cm. Anather huge disadvantage of the place is the location. It's about 2 km from the town center and very high up in the hills. A Taxi ride costs around 35 euros to town and back, so you need to carefully plan your outings. The view was amazing but not worth all the compromises you have to make. Next time will definitely stay closer to town and the beach.

The view from the apartment was amazing, the heated pool was a welcome surprise.
