Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

RomaniaFor us it was am opportunity to stay here because we had a late night flight, its a few minutes by car from Alghero airport. Its in the country side of Sardegna, a large room with basic amenities, large bathroom, a view on a green farm like courtyard, quiet, friendly small dogs who guard the property, generous owners, great breakfast. We visited Alghero, Stintino and La Pelosa (about one hour) from here.

PolandI liked every little thing. But if you’re annoyed with flights (it’s close to the airport), you may notice some. But it’s expected.
This is the real oasis for taking break from the world. I am highly recommending as an escape place. Take you car and hide here. You will get recharged really quickly

SpainCheck in not easy to do. Was a lot of mosquitoes, but normal because it’s in a rural area.
The room was really new, even though the property it’s a rural area, i like that they got mosquito nets in the windows. The space it’s real nice, you got a lot of nature and being around animals like sheep and horses give you a lot of good energy into your stay. The location was nice if you are going the next day to the airport. The bus stop it’s like on a 10 min walk and a 20 minutes walk to the airport, so it’s pretty easy to move around. The breakfast was great, i liked so much because it had a lot of food and typical Italian cuisine.

FranceGreat location only 2 km from Alghero airport. We weren't flying but driving - a bit concerned about airport noise but in fact heard nothing. To get to Alghero was 5-10 minutes plus a few minutes to drive through to the old town. We used La Genziana as a base to explore the country west and north of Alghero, all the way to Porto Torres and Stintino. La Genziana is on a farm - we walked over to a dining building from our room. Big broad yard and grass with olive trees. Room was very quiet, very modern bathroom and nice rain head shower. Breakfast was great. La Genziana makes its own yoghurt, ricotta, pecorino cheese, pastries and bread. Our host made us capuccino and espressos.

United KingdomReally hard to think of anything negative. I would recommend renting a car, for easy transportation. Very nice beaches are about 10-15 minutes drive, Alghero is also easy to get to by car.
Tranquility of the rural life, clean, very spacious, relaxing, proximity to the airport. Delicious and healthy local food served, if you want to eat in. Most welcoming hosts, thank you again to everyone!

United KingdomNothing.
A proper family-run Agriturismo where 80% of their food comes from their own farm. The breakfasts had an abundant choice of home-made cakes, fruit, yoghurt, eggs and Annalisa was always happy to bring some cheese or cuts of cold meats and sausages. The vicinity to the airport worried us at the beginning, but there were very few planes and the noise was minimal. Annalisa, Sylvia and their mother were extremely friendly and helpful and the highlight was the (optional) four course dinner cooked every evening by mama. Also the location is absolutely ideal for exploring Alghero and the surrounding beaches.

CroatiaEverything about this agriturismo is magical. Upon arrival we were welcomed by the hosts and their cute dogs. They have a variety of friendly animals, goats roaming freely around the property, sheep, horses and chicken. Despite being their only guests and their restaurant being closed they were kind enough to make us a home made 5 course meal. The mother of the hosts is a lovely lady ,she went above and beyond preparing us food, even baked a dessert just for us. Their products are fresh and the wine is excellent. In the morning they prepared us a delicious omlette with eggs from their chicken coop and a platter of cheese and prosciutto. The rooms are cozy and very clean and the nights are quiet. It is indeed a little paradise sorrounded by greenery and amazing people. Great value for good money. You shouldn’t miss out on this gem.

SwedenThe facility feels a bit outdated and spartan! Pillows were very rigid for my taste. But really, none of that matters if you’re received with an open heart!
We found very nice and warm hearted owners that took good care of us! Location was very quiet and peaceful, despite its proximity to airport.

GermanyA jewel outside of Alghero. If you’re looking for a quiet and familiar place with short distance to city and beach you are on the right place here! The highlight is definitely the dinner which takes place outside under a roof. Annalisa, Sylvia and their mum will prepare typical and delicious menu for you with an authentic taste of Sardinia. Thank you for having us and being also so cute to our baby Lenni <3

NetherlandsThere was nothing to complain about
Amazing place, the host Annalisa and her family were really nice to us and gave us an upgrade to a beautiful apartment due to our room being in maintenance mode. We went to a family agriturismo for one night which was also a great stay! Would definitely come back if visiting Alghero or as a stop over go other Sardinia destinations.
