Beautiful place to stay - the grounds of the accomdation are lovely with plenty of amenities and things to do. Breakfast was delicious and staff were very friendly. The location is great - right next to the small town with a few bars and restaurants.

Absolutely perfect stay! Everything was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and very spacious. The location is excellent – peaceful, yet close to everything you need. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, quiet, and a great atmosphere. We’d love to come back!

Nothing, the perfect stay.

Accommodation was spacious and clean. The converted buildings are very picturesque in a quiet area. Parking was good and felt very safe. Staff we very friendly and accommodated everything we asked for.

It's a bit annoying having zero service for the room (e.g. cleaning, sheets, rubbish disposal etc.), even though I get the idea - it's an agriturismo. Also, the breakfast is a bit expensive for what it is, especially considering the coffee was from a vending machine.

It's a really nice location, the olive grove, the garden and the sports and play area are excellent. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable. Excellent cleanliness. The breakfast was good, even if there could have been some variety.

The only downside was the beds were not comfortable. It was fine, but I wish they had new mattresses.

Beautiful location! Staff was fantastic. We loved the little shop and came home with olive oil, vinegar and jam! We absolutely loved the area. I would stay for a full summer if I could!

One note is the charging of electric vehicles at the location. One needs a member of the staff to provide you with a card for activation of the charging station. Since we arrived late (after 20:00) there was no option to charge before the morning. If one arrives before 20:00 it will not be an issue.

We liked the overall experience at Agriturismo La Filanda. The area, how the buildings were renovated, the staff, the breakfast. All in all, there was an effort put in the details. Also for the kids there are corners where they can play.

Basic things in the kitchen would be nice to have like salt and sugar. After reception hours it was not possible to get some help if you ran out of toiletries for example.

Breakfast was nice. They had a nice spread, and the highlight was that you got a fresh spread. The people were kind and helpful, too. The property was kid-friendly.

The weather??

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is big planty of space and bathroom to! Very clean and confortable. Parking and access to azienda easy. Full of flowers and a huge garden.

The stairs were a little challenging. The apartment was up a flight of stairs and the bedrooms were up another flight.

The beds were quite uncomfortable and making noises. Also there were lack of bathroom accessories like hand soap etc.

Mosquitoes were an issue but beyond the property’s control. I would have liked a change of towels mid week.

The room was lovely…big and airy, and recently re-done in very good taste, with natural woodwork. Breakfast was fabulous! Location walkable to town and great for biking! The staff was great! Friendly and helpful!

There was a road renovation one day on our stay. Old walls didn't hold the noise - lucky only one day.

This is lovely place where we could spend all the time just relaxing by the pool or in the olive tree garden. We got spacious apartment with two bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen so we could make our own breakfast, but there is restaurant at the place as well. Beside the pool there were 3 tennis courts with free equipment, football and basketball fields aand beach volleyball as well :-) Bicycles of all size are free to rent. Electric ones are extra payed (unavailable on our stay). Manerba del Garda is a good base point to travel and visit all places around Garda Lake. But, there are also nice places to visit nearby, like Rocca di Manerba. In small town Montinelle, just few minutes away by foot, there are couple restaurants and bars and very nice views! The area is very nice and Agroturismo La Filanda is perfect to stay when you want to either relax or go sightseeing.

Breakfast was very repetetive. There were ants in the kitchen and bathroom. Off season all shops around (apart from a grocery store) we're closed.

You can order breakfast on-site (they are very tasty, although the same is served every day, which can become a bit monotonous after a week).

We spent a wonderful week at "La Filanda". As the name suggests, the property was once a farm, most likely a spinning mill. Thanks to this, it has an incredible atmosphere, beautiful vegetation, and architecture. It's a family and dog-friendly place. Everyone will find something for themselves here: there are football and beach volleyball fields, tennis courts, a table tennis table, and a foosball table. There is also, of course, a swimming pool, where there are even special shaded enclosures for dogs, so our four-legged friends can accompany us during our relaxation. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped with kitchen appliances. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Local wine and olive oil can also be purchased at the reception. The location is excellent, away from the tourist hustle and bustle. You can take a walk to the nearby cliff, which offers a beautiful view of the lake. It's a great starting point for exploring the lake and nearby towns. Bicycles can also be rented on-site. In the village, you can find several very good restaurants - all the information will be provided at the reception by a very friendly lady who will give you a map of the area and provide necessary recommendations. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, good traditional farm accommodation and with secure parking. Restaurants and country walking within easy walking distance. Great location to explore Lake Garda - hope to stay again.

Floor tiling in the room was very cold and there were no slippers.

Everything was great. Beautiful place, very close to the lake. Breakfast was good with local products. We were there out of the season so wasn't that diverse.
