We had a great stay at the Agriturismo La Derta! The place is cosy, freshly renovated but you can still feel the ambient and relax in a big garden around. It's a perfect place to spend your holiday in a peaceful atmosphere with lake just around the corner. We got there without a car so it is easily doable :-) Also, the contact with owners went smooth and all the important informations were delivered, thank you!

My stay at this hotel was wonderful!🔥🔥🔥 From the very first moment, I felt surrounded by warmth and care — the staff are genuinely friendly and attentive, always making sure everything is perfect. Breakfasts were a real highlight: tasty, fresh, and beautifully served with live flowers on the tables🌺, which gave the mornings a very special charm. The whole hotel is filled with greenery, creating a cozy, refreshing atmosphere where you immediately feel relaxed. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone and I look forward to coming back again!

Nothing everything was perfect

Everything location cleaning and Aurelia was very nice and thoughtful. I arrived late at night nothing was open and she kindly offered some food for me and my son, i very much appreciated the gesture given we have travelled all day to get there, and we were quite hungry.

This place is amazing. I was in the shared accommodation as a solo female traveller and I felt very safe and welcomed. The breakfast was delicious, homegrown and homemade. The rooms and facilities were very clean and had everything I needed. The nature and surrounds of the hostel were gorgeous and I could have stayed so much longer if I was able to. About 20 minutes walk from the centre of Bellagio but walking through the Melzi gardens (free entry included with stay) was incredible. Even the walk without going through the gardens was amazing. I would definitely stay here again if I ever get the pleasure to!

The room was a bit hot at night (A ceiling fan would be a good addition) and the floorboards of the upper bed area creaked a little when walked on.

The shared room was nicely set up and the beds were really comfortable. Showers and bathrooms were clean and excellent, but you may have to wait if they are occupied as there were only 3 of them. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast outside and they provided some nice vegan options upon request. It was really nice to sit around the terrace and relax with views of their flower bed and garden and see the two dogs running around! The staff were all family and really friendly and accommodating.

There is no mosquito net on the windows, so some flies came in an disturbed my sleep a bit at night.

The place is in a really-really beautiful environment, it's peaceful, quiet, relaxing. Vegetalbe gardens, trees, flowers everywhere. The staff is truly kind and helpful. I slept in the dorm with other people, it was spacious, properly cooled, clean and comfy. Breakfast was delicious, they serve their own products, which are amazing. The nearest bus stop is just around the corner and there's a ferry station nearby (San Giovanni). The beach is also very close by walk. You can find a bar and a cafe nearby. As the apartment's guest, you can visit the garden of Villa Menzi for free, which is truly spectacular.

The most amazing stay! The farm was absolutely gorgeous and shared dorms were clean and tidy. The breakfast made from farm produce every morning was unreal! By far the best breakfast I’ve had at any accommodation! Great location, helpful staff and the most adorable dogs running around the place! I could had spent my whole time in Como on the property, highly recommend!! Also got access into villa nearby which was beautiful!

The beds were a bit close and could be a bit further away. The bathrooms were generally clean but one of the bathrooms had a weird smell when I arrived so we just used the other two. In the upper floor of the beds, the floor creaks quite a bit when you walk so that may be disturbing if someone is sleeping. Despite this, it was still an amazing experience overall.

The location is great - it's a 20 min walk from Bellagio. The walk might get lonely after sunset but it is a nice getaway from all the touristy and busy areas. The rooms were clean and the property itself is beautiful. The breakfast is AMAZING and locally sourced- I had read about it being good but it still exceeded my expectations. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they also have two pet dogs. I requested for early breakfast as I was leaving early and was able to get it. This was one of the budget friendly options in Bellagio and its a great value for the price !! There were other solo and group travelers too. Added plus is the free access to the Melzi gardens that are amazingly beautiful. The whole experience of staying here made Bellagio much more memorable for me. I loved my stay here and I highly recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in Bellagio. It is ideal for solo travelers.

After having a disaster with previous hostel booking in Como, this one changed my mind again about the Lake Como and Italy. Really great place in great location, staff was polite, decent price for a hostel and clean. They agreed for me to check-in early, which was really convinient to leave my baggage and the free entry to the gardens is really beneficial as these were great. Thank you Agriturismo La Derta.

All was fine

The breakfast maybe not with the biggest choice however, tasty, fresh and so much local. Own baked cakes, jams and fresh bread. All you need for sweet start of the day

The stay was perfect. As one of the most important things at a hostel, the place was very clean. Breakfast was nice and homemade, you can have it outside in the garden. Temperature was perfect since it's next to the river, so we didn't feel the 30+ degrees they had in Milano. The staff was also very kind and accommodating. There is one toilet, one bathroom with toilet and one bathroom without toilet, all of them quite big and again, clean. In the room you have a nightstand, a locker (with a key) and two shelves. At a 100 m you have a small bar where you can get pizza or aperitivo. You can take the bus there also to (main) Bellagio. Would definitely come back :)

We had a lovely week at Bellagio. Staying at La Derta greatly contributed to our week being lovely. The staff is kind and helpfull, the location is perfect, at 5 minutes from San Giovanni and 10 minutes from Bellagio by foot. Our room was big, very clean and quiet. Grazie mille!

The bed set up was a bit odd for me being a mixed dorm.

Such a peaceful place, great facilities and a nice break from the all the crazy tourist vibes in the main area. Awesome having access to the gardens too
