A beautiful place surrounded by nature with a lovely view of Orvieto. Extremely peaceful, it is a perfect spot to relax. The rooms are spotless and practical. We had dinner in a beautiful dining room, and the cuisine was of superb quality, with genuine products cooked with care and expertise. The crostini with liver are sublime, and the pasta is delicious. Additionally, the service was friendly and attentive, and for cat lovers, this place is a dream—we counted at least twelve cats during our stay.

The pool is basic and quite small. There isn't very much for children to do.

If you like a quiet rural place to stay away from the hustle and bustle this is your place. It’s basic but it’s comfortable and we really enjoyed chilling out for two days.

not enough/close enough wall plugs in the room Not a dislike, but just an awareness that the road into the property abruptly ends and then aa dirt road that swings around the back of the property.. where the parking is located.. for those arriving after the sun sets may need to slow down and watch for the dirt road..

Kept waiting an extended time for table and to pay for the evening meal. Bathroom a bit small with no bidet

Lovely location across valley from Orvieto. Room clean with air conditioning, bathroom small. Food good but dinner quite expensive, we’re kept waiting 15 minutes for a table and a similar time to pay. Overall, nice change of scene and quite good.

The folks that greeted us spoke no English but were so accommodating. My friend needed a first floor and they had it ready for her. Parking here is no problem and we had no LTZ areas to contend with to get there. The views over to the historic Orvieto were magnificent and even though it was cool we sat outside to watch the sunset in this beautiful location. We ate dinner here and were surprised to get a menu! We thought we’d get what they were making that night but we chose different items and everything was good and plentiful. Breakfast the next morning was amazing with about 6 different pies and more pastries as well as prosciutto and eggs made to order.

Parking, bathroom too small, deo in the room. Even if the service is nice to have, it’s ok and much easier to get more self serve at the breakfast. We suggest to put clear direction to highway when outside the parking.

Twin beds were small for tall teenagers. Pool area had some broken chairs.

The food was truly exceptional. Beautiful views everywhere. The staff were lovely. This is a rustic place, not fancy, but charming and friendly. Some spots around the pool area seemed run-down but the pool was clean and refreshing. We had a great stay.

Room's heating was difficult to team. At cold season, was over heated. The we opened the window. You're doing great! Almost done... I don't have anything else to add, booking.com

Got a dog and place is close close from the old town and in a nature you can walk. Dinner at the agriturismo was nice and friendly and convenient if you don't want to go to town. Don't take all options, it might become $$-

Our shower was very small and my husband, who has Parkinson’s, couldn’t use it. It was fine for me - plenty of hot water!

Very friendly, excellent view, good food. The owners are very relaxed which made our stay after a long drive welcoming. The view from our bedroom of Orvieto was perfect.
