This property is strategically placed to see the wonders on west side of Lake Garda (and not only), while being very well managed by Andrea and whole team there. By car you can easily get to good shops, great pizza, north side of lake on the shore car way, Molina waterfall park. By foot, beaches within reach from which Fossalta is the best to swim along swans and ducks. If you have kids, they'll enjoy it, if you don't, this can give you the mood to increase your family :).

everything was absolutely perfect, it’s the first time I have seen such a pretty apartment on holiday, the beds were comfortable, everything was really clean and the apartment itself was well located, also the housekeeper was super friendly and very helpful with any questions that came up, would definitely stay again :)

the bungalow was brand new, very clean, and extremely comfortable — a real pleasure to stay in. The only reason for giving a score of 9 instead of 10 is that some essential kitchen items were missing, such as a pan, casserole dish, and a tea kettle. However, given the overall high standard and the professionalism of the management, I'm confident these small issues will be addressed for future guests. Otherwise, everything was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Having been used to American-style customer service for many years, it was a real pleasure to find such a well-organized, knowledgeable, and genuinely client-focused establishment here in Europe — something that is, unfortunately, quite rare. The owner/manager Andrea is exceptionally professional, well-informed, and simply a pleasure to interact with. It’s clear that this place is run with care, attention to detail, and a lot of positive energy. This is easily one of the most thoughtfully managed and energetically maintained tourist businesses we've encountered. The property has amazing views - very enjoyable during breakfast to get the day started. Breakfast was lovely freshly cooked eggs with ham and cheese. Also fresh baked goods. I found the bed extremely comfortable - I'm a light sleeper so ear plugs were necessary due to proximity to the busy road - although the closed window offered good soundproofing. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. You get assigned a table for breakfast and a sun lounger which takes away the need to plan ahead. Lazise is a two km walk away - as a non driver I was happy there was a bus stop within 5 mins giving good access to the entire region. I look forward to revisiting the area and would definitely consider staying here again.

Such a beautiful property overlooking the lake with olive groves. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious and it was only a 2km walk to Lazise which was a fantastic place to visit.

Great place with excellent breakfast. I was skeptical about the mobile home but the location is beautiful and quiet. The owner and the staff are genuinely nice people. Accommodating, friendly and helpful about locations and places to visit and that, in my book, is the secret to a pleasant stay. I am sorry that we have been there just for 2 nights as there is a lot to see in the area. I hope we will be back and, if we do, I intend to bring my bike along. Grazie Andrea

Large, clean, well-equipment cottage. Beautiful view from the terrace to the mountains and the Lake Garda among the olive grove. I recommend for people who come with a bicycle. Delicious breakfast. Very friendly owner.

A Wonderful welcome from the owner Andrea! His staff were very friendly and helpful at all times and check in was made very easy. Mornings were always very relaxing at Breakfast with many delicious home made cakes, and a wide range of fresh food. The view over Lake Garda is magical, surrounded by peace and quiet. A safe 15 min walk down to Lazise town along the pedestrian road. I would love to go back next year… a great little find!

The Hotel is wonderful! It has an amazing view and in the evening you can see the sunset. The pool and olive tree gardens are beautiful, just like on the pictures. My room was renovated, with a new bathroom and a comfy bed. I slept perfectly on the mattress, even with my back problems. Everything was very clean and every room has an A/C, so ist cool, even if it’s hot outside. Andrea the owner and most of the staff speak very good english. The breakfast is delicious, there’s always fresh baked goods and eggs are prepared to your liking. Andrea even managed to get me some gluten free things for the breakfast! They prepare fresh lunch with home grown vegetables, it’s incredible! It is so delicious, I do really recommend getting some. I had a mayor problem with my car after arriving. Andrea went out of his way to help me and settle everything for me. He was a real life saver and i couldn’t have managed without him. He is a really good, super frendly and forming host that makes you feel welcome and at home. I was a solo traveler and i always felt safe in the Hotel and the property. The Location is perfect. It is a little up the hill, so you have a perfect view of the Lake. It is surrounded by a olive tree garden and not crowded, so it is the perfect environment to relax. The Hotel is very easy to find and the parking lot is right next to the house. Walking down to Lazise takes only 30 minutes.

The shower needed some better cleaning. The frige was off when we arrived, so it took some time to cool down - it would have been a good idea had they switched it on before. Same for the AC.

How they managed to fit all that 4 ppl could need in a small pre-fabricated bungalow. The area around was great, and the kids enjoyed the pool. Great breakfast with a good selection for different tastes. 5 communicated well for late checkin and gave useful hints. The location was great, just 5 minutes away from Gardaland and even closer to the other theme parks in the area, yet it was quiet and immersed in nature and with a great view of the lake.
