Some issue checking in without reception present. Also AC was not working, this appeared to be a new issue and they couldn’t get it fixed during our stay. Luckily the weather was pleasant.

Lovely Agriturismo just down the road from Montepulciano. The property is beautiful and the apartment filled most of our needs.

The apt was quite musty smelling when we arrived (just needing airing out) It would have been appreciated to have had a coffeemaker (and a few supplies)

Amazing property in a very quiet area, but still close to montepulciano. The facility offers a nice pool with a garden, and the apartment is very clean and cozy. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The fridge in the room was almost as warm as the room, and the breakfast items we bought we're too suspicious to eat after being in the warm fridge. Also the room was quite hot, may be that there was no aircon, or we didn't know how to operate it.

The place was quite peaceful and close to the city centre, very friendly and helpful staff. Pool was really nice since it was +36°C. Very nice place to relax and spend a couple of days.

Not so accessible without a car

This place exceeded all expectations, you instantly feel welcomed upon checking in with the farmhouse cats awaiting at the gate, and the cozy decor throughout the rooms. The true crown jewel of this property is the pool and the surrounding gardens, perfectly maintained and serene. The property is quiet and tranquil, the surrounding vineyards creating a cacophony of calm. The staff were amazing - the manager, Yuriy went above and beyond to provide exemplary customer service and always showed genuine care when working to help myself and all other guests. I can only hope to return to this beautiful location again, would recommend it to anyone - excellent value for the price point

Beautiful property, peaceful with thoughtful traditional rustic decor. Three beautiful cats on property. Pool! Stroll through the vineyards, orchards , and olive groves. Very helpful staff.

Would have loved to use the bathroom heating to dry the towels but since we were not in cold season we couldn't turn it on.

Even though we have been unlucky with the weather, the pool looked fantastic as well as the whole building was very rural but lovely. A few little cats are soon to become your friends :) The room was spacious and clean and comfortable bed. Just a few minutes drive from Montepulciano center.

The small step in the bathroom and poor cell phone reception. Though poor cell phone reception is common, and there's nothing the property can do about it. Make sure you have WhatsApp.

Yuriy contacted us a few days before our arrival and was in constant contact every day until we left. Just amazing communications. He is a lovely young man. We had a small issue with a handful of noisy kids next to us starting at 5:am on our first night. I spoke with Yuriy and he took care of it and the kids were just fine after that. Kids and swimming pools! Our apartment was large and fairly well fitted out for a weeks stay. Large fridge and a gas cooktop. WiFi was strong, but Vodafone was very weak or nonexistant. The bathroom had a small change of floor height, which could do with a safety strip. It was only 1 inch or 2.5mm but difficult to see with the tiles. Also had to watch not to bump your head. There was lots of hot water and the shower was very good. The property was very well maintained, and the pool was lovely. There's a huge BBQ which we made use of - bring your own carbon. Security was great, with an electric gate and good parking. Montepulciano, which is amazing, is about 3km and uphill all the way. You definitely need a car. Yuriy sent us detailed instructions on how to find the property. The property is surrounded by farmland and grape vines. There's a nice view from the pool area of the setting sun over Montefollonico. We would definitely go back and would reccomend the property.

The only problem we encountered was the ac not working. Which is ironic because they charge a fee for air conditioning, something I have never seen an accommodation do, not in great taste. Consequently we did not have to pay the fee. It is so fresh and cool outside but with the mosquitoes and flies it was impossible to leave the windows open. I wish I would have read that this place is alone in the countryside without staff at night I may not have selected this. There are no other places near by. Me personally, I like having staff there.

I liked a lot of things about the property. It is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. When there is staff around they are helpful. Beauty all around, comfortable beds plenty of outside tables and just relaxing and gorgeous. This is great if you have a lot of people or big geoup

A lovely location, but we lucked out with our room. The other rooms looked lovely, ours was very small with a steep climb up to a loft where the bed was. Up there the ceiling was far too low for us. The steps are not ideal for an elderly person or someone that is unsteady on their feet. This apartment should be advertised as such and it’s price should reflect the room.
