Honestly nothing!

For this kind of agricultural experience it is ideal! I was only here for one night but I was highly impressed and would certainly like to book this place together with my wife at some time in the future. They seem to offer a lot of activities such as horse riding, hiking, the full farm experience, there is even a go-kart place nearby. The owners show a genuine passion for what they offer here, the grounds and facilities were excellent, the room was very cozy and clean and the location was great!

Having to leave

This is a fantastic location for exploring Puglia and we really recommend eating in the on site restaurant. Excellent food at VERY reasonable price. Everyone on site were fantastic. Helpful and friendly. A fabulous place. Would stay here again without hesitation.

All was good. If anything was missing we just asked and staff was able to provide anything.

Perfect place to stay if you want to relax and rest in the nature. I loved the location in the middle of olive oil orchards and fields. Very friendly and very helpful staff, who made us feel like home. The property is quite big, has a picnic area, parking, places to sit and relax and an animal farm. We had everything what we needed, it was convenient to have breakfast and restaurant there. Beautiful place with great hosts, perfect for everyone- family, kids, pets, everyone will be happy there :)

The towels are kind of strange, similar to tablecloth.

Very good breakfast included with Italian Cappuccino, cheese and smoked ham. They offer a traditional dinner with self-made wine.

I stayed a few years ago. Everything remained unchanged. Friendly staff. The beautiful location. Maybe the breakfast could be improved! But overall, I would love to come back anytime.

It was different. It has farm animals and we ate with the staff in a large dining room. It also had a small buffet for breakfast and it was fine. Friendly staff. Very accessible.

The restaurant was closed for the evenigs and there is nothing around; one has to go to the bext village (5-6km away), which is ok if one has a car, but I am travelling on a bicycle. No bidet, which is pretty common in Italy; but I don't know whether a bidet is mentioned in the advertisement. It is forbidden to eat inside the rooms, although there is a desk. Why can't I order s.th. from a food delivery chain when the restaurant is closed? If they have this policy, they should open their restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner - every day!

Very quiet, because very remoted. Spacious rooms. In the evenings they provided some simple food (bread, butter and prosciutto) for me, because the restaurant was closed in the evenings. Very good breakfast: not just the notorious cappucchino with sweets: I got good several cappucchini, bread, butter, ham, cheese, and fruit juice. But the notorious Italian sweets for breakfast were also available at the buffet.

Would have loved a kettle in the room. Had some problems with the door leading to the terrace. Would have preferred having normal cotton towels in the bathroom.

It was a bit cold, the whole room was cold, i needed to ask for another blanket. The refrigerator was really loud in the night. The breakfast was included in the price which vas very nice, but there wasnt that much choice, mostly sweets that were bought and packed, i expected maybe at least milk, butter and bread fresh because they had a lot od animals around

Nice location, olive trees and a lot od nature around, just somewhere between bari and matera. We could do check in at 19.30 and the staff were nice, we could do a bit later check out. Room was clean. A lot of animals around - cats dogs, horses, cows, roosters,…
