We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

FinlandDifficult to say. Recycling place was a bit far, recommadation to have a car or with shopping/gelateria visit.
Netrouter does not worked, and house owner change it within5 minutes, the patio was nice, people were friendly, Pool was excellent. Location is nice, within the nature. We does not have a car, so 1,5km walking to supermarket was just a hobby. Also the Gelateria was within a walking distance.

United StatesThere is no restaurant on the premises. No coffee. So we had to walk down the street for our coffee in the morning. It's a nice stop if you have a car and plan on touring. We chose this place because it was a short taxi drive from Florence airport after a day of travel.
This was a very pretty place. Comfortable with a large gate at the enterance. We had a good night's sleep. Our hostess let us know where to go for a meal.

MontenegroPlace is great, 15 mins by car from Florence train station (if you avoid traffic jams). Really peaceful, green and relaxing. You can also reach city by bus, but that will be a bit longer. Sara was a nice host and gave us tips about the area and what to do. We were there before pool opening, I guess it's even nicer then.

United KingdomIf I had to nitpick, it would be that it was a little dark in some of the rooms, and we were only provided 2 toilet rolls.
It was very traditional looking, and the animals on the property was a joy to wake up. There is also a bus from the tram stop that stops right outside the property, and a co-op only a 19 min walk away. The property also provided us with 2 bottles of wine and water which was very appreciated.

United StatesThis is no fault of theirs but google maps did not direct us to the actual location. I had chosen this location specifically because I thought I was within easy walking distance to public transportation. When we arrived to the location google maps directed us to it was incorrect. We walked at least twice as far as we thought we would need to. We made it work and the walking was not a huge setback but a minor inconvenience.
It was quiet and peaceful. The owners even gave us a ride to the tram the first day! Great location if you have a vehicle! Great bar nearby for coffee and pastries.

CanadaIt’s not easy to get public transportation. Busses are sporadic and taxis are minimal. We walked everywhere, which is a good thing?
It was a gorgeous farm property! Well kept, rustic and the pool was a nice touch!
