Wonderful place! Everything was impeccable, very clean, organized, and thoughtfully maintained. The view is absolutely spectacular, especially at sunset, truly unforgettable! On top of that, the kindness and warm welcome from the Kelly and family made our stay even more special. We felt truly at home and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The owners were so helpful in suggesting places to go and things to see. The restaurant at their other location was the best food I had in Italy. I will go back there and stay longer.

I highly recommend Agriturismo Capannacce! Everything about our stay was excellent. The place was spotlessly clean, cozy, and incredibly comfortable, with a charming rustic atmosphere. The staff were wonderfully friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the traditional breakfast and dinner offered by them. It can be easily booked during your stay and it was delicious and authentic. The location is ideal for those looking to relax and enjoy the peace of nature, yet it's also a great base for exploring the stunning towns of Val D’Orcia in less than an hour’s drive. A small tip: finding the place can be a little tricky, so be sure to use the Google Maps link provided by the hosts before your check-in for the smoothest arrival. We loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to return!

What a gem of a place! Beautiful setting with farm land all around. The facilities were great for self catering but if you don't feel like cooking our hosts also do dinner and breakfast just up the road. Both were delicious. They were so welcoming and helpful and gave us great advice on local sites. We wish we could have spent more time here.

The place locates in the middle of nowhere, with at least 15-20 minutes driving through narrow dirt road plus 20-30 minutes more to reach any attractions, restaurants or supermarkets. So, to buy anything requires an advance planning ahead. But the great view and atmosphere justified it all.

We love everything the place has to offer and did enjoy our stay here. The outdoor BBQ stove with provided charcoal and all the tools is a great plus. The host is very friendly and helpful. It's one of the best places we stayed during our 3-week road trip throughout Italy.

This is not any fault of this property but my BMW car navigation system did not show the right road, and showed farm road which was not suitable for normal car. Maybe it would be good to check the right road before your travel. Google map showed the right one.

The property is located in the middle of the vineyard, and every morning we watched sheep flock walking around with watch dogs. The owner is very supportive and explained lots of tourist destinations around the property. The apartment itself is a historical building but has modern equipment including AC. If you book, you can have dinner and breakfast. We had dinner, and the taste of local home made pasta were excellent.

There is a very long unmade road which we did not enjoy and we did get a puncture. Make sure you have good tyres.

Family run. Excellent service. Super little restaurant overlooking Tuscan beauty, although small menu, sufficient for us each evening. They even took us back and forth to Quirico during the evening. Enjoyed learning about how the family have established their Agriturismo and are producing their own wine and olive oil. Our apartment was large and well equipped, with terrace and expansive space for relaxing.

Great apartment (Mandorlo), well equipped and spacious. Aircon in all rooms, very welcome in hot summer of 2023. Excellent bbq in the garden. Location in Val d’ Orcia is very good, close to all the beautiful towns and sights. Lovely San Quiricio d’ Orcia is a 20 minute drive (white gravel road, but doable), with a good Coop supermarket, excellent gelateria and one of the best butchers in the region. Nearby Bagno Vignoni (visit free thermal bath Antiche Terme Romana Libere, parking down dirt road) and Pienza a must. Also highly recommended: Bagni San Filippo, magical hot spring baths hidden in the woods. Ask Kelly about sights and restaurants. And please take the opportunity to dine at Fabio’s and Kelly’s agriturismo down the road (La Moiana 1756): great food, good value for money and beautiful sunsets.

Nothing to dislike honestly but the place is accessible only via a white road. A Well kept one, and reasonably comfortable, but not feasible with a sport car
