I just wish we could have stayed longer

Absolutely stunning property. It was everything you could want from a Chianti/Tuscany experience. Everywhere you turned was a stunning photograph. Our cottage was the perfect mix of historic charm with modern amenities. The staff was so kind and accommodating. Our family of 5 loved our stay here.

There is nothing to fault this property, however we’d wished we were walking distance into Radda so we didn’t need to drive so often. You can’t walk into Radda from this property so you need to rely on driving everywhere.

We had the most wonderful time at this property! Kenna and the staff were the most wonderful hosts, anything we needed was never an issue! The villas were very cute, and well decked out with every needed for 3 days in Radda! Very comfortable, aircon, and the pool was a real hit with us as it was so so hot! Beautiful pool area, stunning views! We would absolutely come back!

Not much to not like, I found the beds by pool could get a little uncomfortable if you were on them for a while. Also wasn’t aware cash deposit on arrival was needed but all sorted out no problems

Gorgeous stay! The view is spectacular, welcoming staff and had all the little things we needed during our stay. Also less than a 5 min drive from Radda in chianti which was a buzzing little town. Would recommend

Kena and her team were so welcoming from the moment of the booking. Liaising with us on eating options for our late arrival and delivering us a beautiful moonlight wine tasting and meal shortly after arrival - no better way to start a short break in the chianti region. Our accommodation was delightful, thoughtfully appointed and comfortable. And we all enjoyed cooling off in the pool overlooking the vineyards. Kena gave some fabulous suggestions of what to visit in the region, which we followed and were very appreciative of - including a wonderful gelato place!

It was a great central location for our driving visits to many of the nearby Tuscan cities. We felt bad we did not engage more with the staff and other guests, but we were out most mornings before 7 a.m., and didn't get back till 6 pm. We did enjoy the nearby city for its grocery called COOP, and the cute city and restaurants nearby. Wifi was good for a family of 5 with 2 devices each. We had a challenge drying our clothes since the washer setting left them soaking (could be my fault, but it was also raining so the drying rack didn't work well). Staff was very helpful. Be aware there is a 200 Euro cash deposit, plus regulated fees per person at check-in. No issue with getting the 200 Euro back at checkout.

I never could’ve imagined such a perfect idea Chanti location as Radda. make no mistake about it. It is the most beautiful charming area with lush valleys, wineries, olive and wine vineyards everywhere. The location is very easy to get to from Florence. Easy to take a day trip to Sienna or any number of locations now when it comes to our stay at Bonagino. Kena , the owner of the establishment is phenomenal. She is a passion for wanting your experience to be unique and perfect Susanna her husband and Anna bend over backwards to make sure you have everything you want. Need the grounds around the villas have so many charming details. It’s a feast for your eyes, I will tell all my friends who have any thoughts of going to Italy that they must stay here and enjoy the region and Kena and her dream place because it is everything you can imagine and more

Beautifully designed farm stay that offers luxury and comfort. The staff is incredibly attentive and kind and provide additional information when needed. Stunning views and ideal location to visit wineries and tourist destinations or the perfect environment to just relax and feel pampered. The attention to detail is superb! Our apartment was comfortable for the 5 of us and we enjoyed cooking and entertaining. The pool is the cherry on top!

The wifi was super temperamental and the TV wasn’t working.

We loved everything about our stay at Il Bonagino. The location is great for exploring all the towns, vineyards and sights of Chianti…and the view from the property is stunning. Our room was clean and comfortable, with all we needed. The staff were fabulous, particularly Kena, who is the heart and soul of Il Bonagino. Super friendly and helpful…nothing was too much trouble. She provided heaps of tips for places to visit (& eat) throughout Chianti and for the rest of our time in Tuscany! Just fabulous and highly recommend.

Free Wifi was slightly temperamental at times.

Kena and her team were absolutely incredible throughout the whole duration of our stay. They all made us feel so welcome during our stay and northing was too much for the team to accomodate, they recommended places to visit within the area and put on wine tasting with food for us which we would highly recommend to others. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a traditional Tuscan style and are very comfortable to stay in. Our apartment was perfect in every way and we really appreciated a washing machine. The property offers stunning views over the Tuscan countryside with free secure parking on site. Would 100% recommend and hope to return one day!

I did not like the fact the there was no possible way to have coffee/cappuccino before 9:00 AM. It was made very clear no coffee or breakfast before 9:00 AM. Additionally when I booked this place I was under the impression breakfast was included. It was not. I was told I was explained this at check in but this could be a language issue because I was surprised I was charged 40 euro when checking out. The shower in the room needs attention. Another couple traveled with us and stayed at the property right next door. I believe this property to be a better value.
