As it was exactly what we were looking for there is nothing that we didn’t like

The accommodation was as described roomy, comfortable and clean. The kitchenette/dinning area was cosy and rustic in line with the surrounding. And the farm animals around the property added a sense of peace

The studio needs a kettle . For American.

10/10 for the outdoor and the welcome. And the cleaness. Perfect if you have kids or dogs. The pool is immaculate. They constantly clean it. They have a large lawn where kids can run .I appreciated the large table outside in the shade. No one was using it. It's perfect to work online. You have birds all around . Adorable dog and it's fun to stare at the cows. It's close to the ok Beaches on the island . At san Stefano but the best beach is in the natural park . At the alberese marina. You need to buy the ticket first at the tourist center at alberese . It extends for miles . It's sand. There is a carrefour market nearby. Maximilian and his team were very welcoming. Learnt about Italy. The studio is spartiate but clean . Guests quiet.

Some more kitchen equipment could have been nice, and a little bit more variety for breakfast. Otherwise perfect! :)

Tranquility and closeness to nature / farm, also a nice host, and flexible check-in time

The property is really well positioned and tranquil. It’s in the hills of Orbetello and we got such a warm welcome. It feels great to have open space, autonomy on the property. Parking is readily available and the pool was a big relief, especially after transiting Italy with a child. There’s a buzz in the morning and evening as guests eat, and many animals and pets for our son to play with. There are tons of grills for outdoor cooking. Inside the apartments the kitchen is outstanding both in quality and cleanliness. The central patio by the pool has hammocks that make you want to nap for hours after having some of the wine made at Girasole. We were really sorry we didn’t stay longer and promised ourselves to spend more time next trip. You could definitely spend weeks exploring the coast and in a short period we saw a ton with the recommendations of our gracious host 🤙

A lovely find in rural Tuscany, just a one night stop but I just had to make use of the lovely looking pool. Breakfast served to your door and enjoyed in the early morning sunshine.

Not much. May be a little higher quality of kitchen supplies. But it is a detail, everithing was provvided and thought out.

The place is an authentic Agriturismo. The presence of the little calfs was endiring, but what we loved the most were: the vegetable garden that was available to us guests, and the exceptional kind service from the staff.

A very minor thing but a buttter and cheese with breakfast would’ve been great. We got lemon marmalade and it was too bitter for our taste. Therefore our bread was dry.

Room and surroundings absolutely beautiful. Bed was comfortable, towels were nice and everything was super clean. Got freshly picked strawberries when we left and host was easy to communicate with.

The only think I didn’t like was the hot water on the shower takes a long time to go out

I had an amazing time, went with my mom for a couple of days and we had a great time, the staff was very helpful and kind, the place is very beautiful, love to have animals around, and I loved the fact that I get informed in advance that the breakfast was not going to be with fresh products because of the low season. If I need to stay around again, I’ll choose for sure this place.

Not good value for money - we spent the summer moving h around Tuscany and Elba and found other places that charged much less, but with better rooms (more space, more comfortable). I chose an agriturismo offering breakfast with the hope of avoiding a typical Italian “bar breakfast” of coffee and croissants, but in the end, that’s what it was. Again, I don’t believe that was justified by the price.

A very peaceful setting with a friendly, knowledgable host, who was often around in case of need.
