unfortunatley the restaurant was closed, but 5- 10' away there are places to eat so we were fine.

The room temperature was comfortable on the first day because we do not like it to be too warm and are aware that overheating the building contributes to global warming, but when the temperatures dropped on the second night, the room became too cold and the bathroom could benefit from a few degrees more warmth. Despite this minor flaw, the overall experience of staying at this agriturismo was fantastic.

A very welcoming host, and a delicious breakfast made with their own produce and homemade bakes. You wake up to a postcard-perfect view of the city and the surrounding Dolomite mountains. It is simply spectacular.

None to not like really.

There was tranquility in the atmosphere, coziness and the welcoming gestures of the host despite our language barrier made our stay worthwhile. Breakfast was also great.

The track to the house was a little difficult to navigate after dark. Was fine in the daylight thou!

Flexible check-in. This was much appreciated when our flight was delayed meaning after 2200 arrival. Great views - overlooking Dolomites range above Belluno. Excellent breakfast - particularly liked the homegrown figs & cheese + salami produced on the farm. Owner seemed a lovely lady.

I would be nice to have air conditioning. Maybe she could provide screens on the door so when the doors are open, the bugs don’t fly in

Room was not very sound proof. Heard neighbours coming home late at night (maybe 1am?) And heard everything they were doing.

Setting, and hospitality were fantastic. Owners were welcoming and accommodating even though they did not speak the same language as us.

We arrived on a very hot day/night and there is no air conditioning, so keep that in mind. A fan would have been nice.

We arrived around 9pm and check in was very simple with our host meeting us to show us around the house. The room and bathroom were both very nice and the view from the balcony was incredible! We were sad that we didn't have more time to stick around and enjoy it but we stopped here on our way further into the mountains. We really enjoyed our breakfast here and even though we spoke very little italian our host was very patient and kind and I enjoyed looking up words and communicating.

Room and bathroom very clean but little traces of dust in the bedroom (top of the wardrobe and wooden ceiling). Nothing bad when you're not sensitive.

Warm welcome, location quiet and bucolic, comfortable room and bedding, great landscape view. Sweet breakfast, not suitable for everyone but you can also have scrambled eggs. Pleasant experience and good price for value, I will come again.

Location a little isolated as a solo traveller without an independent mode of transport (mostly overcome by use of buses). Perfect otherwise!

Beautifully kept rooms with ensuite bathroom and stunning view of the valley and mountains. Rooms cleaned each day. Communication still effective despite English/Italian slight language barrier. Lovely and ample breakfast provided with hot drink, breads and spreads and more. Quite and respectful area in a serene part of the town.

Nothing. Everything was great!

We felt right at home from the moment we arrived - the host welcomed us with tea and biscuits and made sure we had everything we needed. The place is very cosy, in a quiet area with a beautiful view from the balcony. The breakfast was also great especially the homemade cake. I'd definitely come back next time I travel to this area.

All was good. The bathroom could have had a larger sink, but for a short stay it was fine and the property was charming.

It is such a beautiful and peace place to stay. The room was perfect with a such great view to the mountains. It just felt like being home. The host is incredible gentle and thoughtful, she offered a great cappuccino and made everything easily. Finally, she prepared I wonderful breakfast… just felt like being on Nonna’s house. :)
