The place is so good and very nature

The room was so disgusting the air didn’t work better the bath sink is very horoble because of the blocking water yes u admit that the place is so nice but they need to improve the comporoof the guest

Breakfast was good pool area is beautiful and also all the place is very pretty and there are animals for the kids. we also had dinner there there is a good menu for dinner as well.

I didn’t like to be on the second floor with the suitcases. Room had no view, but when you get out of the room, everything is pretty. There wasn’t any big mirror, just a face mirror in the bathroom.

Perfect stay before airport flight, out of the city. Didn’t visit the restaurant it looked very nice. Staff really friendly. Chalet clean and great air conditioning

Not possible to meet the animals during our stay. Room was very plain and no windows. Playground was overall broken and needs maintenance.

Great location, quiet and close to both beach and nearby towns. Speed check-in/out, clean rooms and many facilities. Good place to go with kids, since there's a little farm, playground and swimming pool.

The restaurant food was good, but the service was at times not great.

We stayed from Friday to Saturday with the intention of checking in around 1 PM and making use of the pool or participating in farm activities, as advised over the phone when we confirmed our reservation. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations. To begin with, the welcome at reception was not very hospitable. We had called two days prior to confirm our booking via Booking.com, but upon arrival, we felt a lack of warmth or attentiveness. Although we were told our room was ready, the electricity wasn’t working until 4 PM. This wasn’t a major issue at first, as we planned to spend the afternoon outdoors. However, we were only briefly told where to find our room, and nobody offered to guide us. We ended up getting lost due to unclear or outdated signage and had to return to the lobby for directions. While we don’t expect to be escorted, a bit of time spent helping guests settle in or offering a short introduction to the property would go a long way in making people feel welcome. We had also hoped to explore the farm and try some activities, as mentioned over the phone — only to find out the farm was closed until Saturday. So we headed to the pool instead, but it had not yet been cleaned and was in the process of being prepared for guests expected later in the evening. It wasn’t pleasant to be there while all the staff were still cleaning around us. There was no service at the pool either — no bartender, no drinks, no towels, no water — nothing available. The place itself is peaceful and has great potential. The food was decent and the setting could be very relaxing. However, the lack of staff coordination, communication, and hospitality made the experience underwhelming. We’re not expecting luxury — just a warm welcome, some guidance, and better organization. Additionally, the white lighting during dinner was quite harsh and affected the atmosphere, and the TV in the room was extremely small.

Very homely atmosphere. Good room with comfortable bed and decent shower. Fantastic restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool. Animals and play area for children. Good value for money.

Nothing really. Nothing fancy but comfortable and very good value for money. Breakfast a bit basic but fine. We couldn't use the main pool on the day we arrived due to a wedding but there is another pool a few mins walk away you can use. And tbf it does say this when booking re the main pool (which is nicer)

Beautiful area with landscaped paths, orange trees, and sculptures near the pool. Breakfast was served in the restaurant and included coffee, juice, and pastries—though it was mostly sweet items. We stayed in a bungalow, which was very clean and quiet. It’s a short walk to the main area. The restaurant was closed during our stay, as we visited in the off-season.

The breakfast includes only sweet items, which is inconvenient for those who can't eat sugar or prefer savory options

Our Staff was so cooperative once we worked through the language barrier. Our wait staff was so great. The room was perfect and we had the best view. We felt like we were in a movie in the Tuscan region despite being right outside Rome. The food was by far the best we had after 8 days touring Italy, Spain and France. Although the food in Marseille was hard to beat. The local wines were also exceptional and the prices very reasonable

While walking outside the property in the local area, we had an encounter with two quite large dogs who got out of their fence. The owner did come out and helped. So we curtailed future walks off of the property. But the views were tremendous from our little walk.

The location is good. Outside Rome, very quiet and green environment.

Please clean the mirrors in the room with jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is by the way not working. There is a very nice kids farm, but haven’t seen it open during my stay. Ok breakfast but a little bit more variation could be very welcome.

the breakfast was poor, but probably in all of Italy they only have croissants for breakfast) it would have been great if there were some vegetables

Nice grounds

There was a gas smell in the morning in the hallway. We alerted the staff but they said they can’t smell it and one person told us it comes from the kitchen, which is a bit concerning. Also the shower had mold.

Beautiful grounds, comfortable bed, very clean, and welcoming staff.

We weren’t really allowed to go see the farm animals, they don’t speak any English but if you have google translate that should be fine
