We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

HungaryWe had two appartments for a week. One of them had no WiFi. Most of the beds were not comfortable, they should be changed for new ones. The water in the shower cabins could flow down difficultly. We cleaned the flats but there were no cleaning sets available.
Really good location, nice garden. The free beach was near to the accommodation. (200 m)

Sloveniathe parking. its hard finding a parking space for free since they are next to the side walk. so i recommend that you take your bikes, scooters or rollerskates to drive around so you don’t have to move your car much.
the property is located at a very nice and elegant street full of other hotels and apartments. surprisingly it’s also very quiet even though the place is crowded with tourists and people who live there.

SerbiaFirst the location pointed out on booking website was totally inaccurate. It was actually pointing to the position of agency and not the apartment, hence not at all pertinent. The photos are generic and not corresponding to the actual apartment that you booked. Further, about the cleaning, you are asked if you want to clean it yourself or to pay extra 50EUR for cleaning, however there is absolutely nothing in the apartment to help you clean it - not even a simple broom and not to mention any chemicals for cleaning bathroom or things like that. So unless you want to by it or bring it with you it is rather rhetorical question. While at the subject of cleaning the apartment was absolutely not clean, so basically you pay to be cleaned after you, and you clean it for you on your arrival. We even had ants entering apartment in large numbers. Disappointing.
