If you are looking for a place in the city and you travel by car, don't look further. This place has a super nice private car park. The host is very friendly and the apartment is very big. I would come here again immediately.

The second area in explorer room smelled a bit moldy and we had the window open during our stay (thankfully it wasn’t hot outside) and the WiFi was spotty (a mix of very slow/low signal). Used my data for my needs but didn’t spend much time in the property (just like 2h excluding sleep in a 2 days stay)

Everything was great. Close to the city center and all sights. Free parking.

It is noisy, because the building is on the main street, but when closed, the windows totally block the noise, so we slept well.

Perfect location! Very helpful host. It was a gret advantage to have a place to park. There was a place to eat and drink. a coffee at the location also. . All we needed in the room was there.Very goid choice for a short stay.

The location was peaceful and easy to walk around, with plenty of great restaurants in the area. But by far, the staff was the highlight! I’ve stayed all over the world and I’ve never seen the level of customer satisfaction this hotel strives for. When I got in (early but was welcomed to leave my bag) I was given a website made by the hotel that takes you to different Google maps with all the hot spots around Genoa - restaurants, bars, things to do, things for families, etc. it was excellent! Make sure to stay here and get the local recommendations for your time in Genoa!

Nothing. I couldn't work the coffee machine out. Green lights came on but it didn't work. Maybe I was doing something wrong.

The host was great. Offered lots of information and was very friendly. The bus and metro are nearby too.

There's nothing remarkable to dislike of this place.

The accommodation was cosy and practical with all the essential items to make a short stay pleasant and comfortable. A 10-minute walk from the historical city center and the Genoa Aquarium is a bonus. Free private parking is a super bonus! The owner is super friendly and helpful! It was a real pleasure to talk with him.

Room was nice. The bathroom was very nice. The bed was so-so. The location was quiet. It took 10-15 minutes to get anywhere interesting, but it was in the middle of many things so that was still nice. Parking was tight, but I managed just fine and I loved having my car safely next to the room.

As the apartment lacked some active ventilation, the room came with some odor which was not entirely pleasant after a few days it was gone however.

The apartment was very conveniently located at short distance from the old city as well as from the touristic part of the port. Where the area of the apartment was residential area it was very quiet which contributed to the great experience of the room. The property was well maintained and has very suitable parking space.

There was construction around the area which made it a little harder to get around. But that had nothing to do with the hotel.

Nicola was amazing. He Went out of his way to help me find restaurants, activities and general information. Very friendly and attentive.

Beautiful building in a nice area, the room has all that is needed (and a very welcomed bottle of water!) - staff was responsive and helpful. Metro station less than 10min away (nice if you have luggage)

The main door for the room is an interior sliding door and thus not much sound proof.

Walking distance to the city center, free parking. The kitchen is common for all rooms, but there is a small kettle to make tea in the room and a minibar. The owner is a very pleasant guy.

The location is everything!! Quiet beautiful safe neighborhood, with a stunning basilica, the street has everything you need within 1 minute walk - supermarket, drink/snack vending machine (important at night), gelateria/pasticceria, pizzeria, fruit stand, several cafes/restaurants around the corner. Walking distance to city center, 5 min to subway station. Very nice host Nicola, outgoing and welcoming. The studio was single occupancy so it was pretty small but nice and clean.

Very nice room, exactly as pictured with a comfy bed. Possibility to self check in and out was super easy. The location is also very good, although uphill ;) The restaurant recommendations were great.

The room was a bit dark.

They have very nice terrace, where we drak coffee in the morning, the location is also good because you can reach all the top locations by walk. The room was clean and bathroom was spacious. Private parking is included.
