i think the cleanliness could improve, especially in the bathroom, littlebit dusty around some furniture in the room too, but nothing too bad at all.

There were ants on the floor and the water turned cold during my shower.

Beautifully decorated and made. There was coffee offered. The online platform that unlocked the doors was smooth and innovative.

The arrow on the gate confused me as to where the entrance to apartments was.. you go through the gate!

Clean and had everything I needed. Air con was great and cooled room down in minutes. As a solo female traveller felt safe, in a safe area. Close enough to tourist sights but peaceful area. Supermarket and bus stop 2 minutes away. Online check in was good as dud not gave to worry about time of arrival.

Was told at very short notice that the room I'd booked back on 2nd February 2025 was no longer available for my 1st night - no explanation given. Expressed my disappointment via Booking.com messages and asked why - twice! Got no response. Was offered breakfast on the first morning - 3 pre-packed bakery items and coffee. Inadequate compensation in my opinion. Was told I was being put somewhere closeby for the first night, in another guest house run by the same family. Bed was awful and noisy restaurant on the ground floor below me. Asked in the morning why I didn't get the room I had booked and paid for and was told it had been something wrong with "the system". Next morning I discovered my original room had been occupied the night before. I ended up leaving my luggage in the room I'd booked though it hadn't been cleaned by 12.30 p.m. despite check-out time of 10.30 a.m. All in all, not a good start to my first attempt at solo travel. Someone was given preference over me and I'd love to know why. The reception is not in the B&B ViA Diaz but in another street, so you are very much on your own with no communal areas.

Loved the area, very safe. Walkable to the old town,. On good bus routes. Conad Supermarket 10-minute walk away in Via Garibaldi. Good bed in the room I booked not in the one I had to spend the first night in.

Really nice accommodation with self check in and check out, clean and cozy. We stayed there for 2 days and it felt relaxing. They did the cleaning of the room while we were out and refilled the coffee stock (delicious one).

I liked everything except the city tax 3 euro per night per person that wasn't mentioned before booking. I like when I know how much I will spend before making reservation. If you are a couple its 6 euro per night and if you stay one week its quite a big amount not to be aware before. Also you can't pay it online, you have to go to the other place I don't know why. Its very close to accommodation but still. Except this moments its really very good place to stay and I think it worth it's money, at least what i paid for that night.
