The only problem we had was that when we arrived at the address we had not been given any instructions about how to get in. We rang the owner who told us to press Band B then go to level 4 and find the key under the mat and then go to room10. It would have been easier if we had been given that information in advance.

I'd asked for an extra bed for my teenager - 3 of us ended up sleeping on 2 single beds, so it wasn't ideal. Breakfast is just the Italian breakfast, which was fine for us, but just to let you know, it's just a sweet breakfast: cupcakes/brioches and drinks.

It was perfect to be just across from the train station! The place was very clean, I wasn't expecting to have our room cleaned after the first night! It was really good to have a little fridge, even though outside of the room, for us to keep our water in, as it was hot! Thankfully, there was a lift, as with my 6 year old and her buggy, it would have been difficult to manage 4 flights of stairs!

The shower head was broken, and the water jet force was on the downside. It's not something which would make me not book this place, but just something I observed. Maybe Stefano could get someone to fix the showerheads in both the rooms! 😉

The location is absolutely perfect. Just across Tiburtina. (Center/all attractions are accessible by direct bus or direct metro). There were some reviews on booking.com which were concerning, but I was pleasantly surprised. The place was totally opposite to the reviews. It was clean! Someone mentioned in reviews about ants, etc - but no! There were none! It was really clean. I couldn't find any "insect" infestation. Room was quite large for 2 people as well. Maybe the triple room could seem comparatively small as per proportion (we saw that as well), but the double room is perfect,. considering that you pay under 80-90 EUR per night.

Host level of English is enough for a simple conversation. Room is nice and neat Aircon was working fine, quite cold actually. They have a microwave which is really great. They serve simple breakfast consisting of muffins, croissants, milk, juice.

We encountered the first inconveniences as soon as we were looking for the hotel. It is located in a residential building, only one floor. No sign, hard to find.The blankets were stained, the drain in the shower was clogged, the water did not flow. When booking it was indicated that breakfast was included, but in fact there was no breakfast. Only on the day of arrival there was a basket of pastries on the table and in the hallway there was a kettle and tea.

Good location. Near the bus station, train station. Bus stop and metro station nearby. Also many different cafes nearby.
