It is definitely a location for people who likes to walk. The lack of possibility to cook is inconvenient

The washing machine was out of order, which was OK for a short stay, but makes sense fixing it.

The room was very mindfully furnished! The bed was comfortable, even the pillows were probably orthopedic :) bravo! And Mauro - the host, was very nice, helpful and friendly. Thank you!

The kitchen had almost no dishes and the stove did not work. We received no info about that fact and shopped food difficult to be cooked in microwave. Bonus was the coffee machine with capsules. But extremely small cups, just 3 tea cups for 6 people and 2 soup plates, Very unsuficient for 3 apartments.

Great location in Lecco, quiet Street, supermarket 200m. Easy check in and out, good comunication regarding arrival. Very comfortable beds.

Only small disadvantage was lack of pots and pans for cooking. The location was a little 15 min walk from the center but it wasn’t a big problem for us.

The owner was very friendly and welcoming, he let us check in early without a problem and made sure that we were satisfied. The place was neat and tidy, extremely comfortable pillows and bed. The bathroom fully equipped and clean. In the kitchen there was real Italian coffee waiting for us, which was delicious.

The air condition made weird noises the last night and it woke me up twice during the night. The location was far away from the city centre and - the buses drive once an hour and not in the evenings.

It was very clean and comfortable, utterly good standard. We had everything we needed in our room, there was a nice private bathroom, a nice kitchen and a balcony with table and chairs. The staff was very nice and helpful. There was air condition which helped a lot because there was very hot outside.

Count on a 25 to 30 minute walk into main part of town. The place has parking-- an easier location with car.

The room shared kitchen facilities with 3/4 other rooms. The balcony was also shared (same on from our room) and so privacy is hard to find at this accommodation. As people came and went and we kept bumping in to strangers eating their breakfast/dinner. Only room for 2 people at the dining area inside. Limited view from the balcony. Quite a long walk from the train station.

The staff were friendly and met us at the property on arrival. The air-conditioning worked and was quiet. The room had access to a balcony (not all did). Simple room in a block of flats which was in a quiet neighborhood.

It’s a little far away from the city center, however we like to walk and explore so it wasn’t a big issue for us.

The room, kitchen and bathroom were very clean and nice, the beds were comfortable, and it was very warm in the room. We liked the coffee and tea facilities in the kitchen. It was also very quiet at night.

We missed a few things in the kitchen, like pots and pans. And the distance to the town center is be a little long - it takes 20-25 minutes to walk. But we liked it anyway.

The apartment has two rooms who share a bathroom and one room with en suite, and all rooms share a kitchen. It’s all nice, fresh and clean. We liked it and could stay here again next time on Lecco.

Nice location, ideal for hikers and via ferrata enthusiasts. It's approximately 25 minutes from the train station. Also lidl is just 7 minutes away. The check-in time as listed ends at 19.00, but I ended up in Lecco around 10 pm and the owner still met me there even though it was late.

was dirty: Shower was clogged and remained clogged, although there is a cleaning lady. The blow dryer was so full of dust it didn't work. The pillow had hairs in it. In the ad it says we have a private bathroom but it doesn't say we need to walk out of the room, into the shared hallway and then into the bathroom, which during the night is very uncomfortable.. specially because every day the other rooms had different people in them, definitely a weird vibe. Very noisy: the downstairs neighbours were playing tennis in the living room every night. The people in the other rooms in the apartment were every night speaking super loud and smoking outside which would come into the bathroom. Far from center: at least 20 min walk

The location is not optimal at all for walking, you would need to rent a car. It was a hike to go down into the city and an uphill hike to get back into town. Like a 30 minute hike uphill which wouldn't be horrible if there were some things to see along the way but once you leave the main are in town, it feels like you're walking on the side of a highway and into residential area. Third floor room with no elevator and the room had the vibe of a dorm. Basic room with a bed, desk, bathroom and shared controller for the A/c. I was dreading the walk back to this place after dinner and some drinks, there are buses but you'd have to ask around for the stops and times.

The A/C and bathroom worked great, the window had a decent view.

localization in “industrial” part of the city, building looks like some old factory with rooms to sleep. walls very thin, if someone was talking in the kitchen everything could be heard in the room - especially at night! bed was ok, but mattresses in double bed was crooked and this wasn’t very comfortable.
